“The Lyric Arts Main Street Stage in Anoka continues to prove why it’s one of the Twin Cities’ most vital and heartfelt theater spaces. We recently saw Ride the Cyclone, and the experience was nothing short of amazing and transformative. The cast was absolutely stellar. Lexi Johnson brought sharp wit and emotional clarity to Ocean O’Connell Rosenberg. Jonah Smith delivered a Mischa Bachinski full of swagger and sincerity. DeZhané Antoinette commanded the stage as both The Amazing Karnak and The Great Cassandra with magnetic presence. Erik Haering’s Ricky Potts was tender, surprising, and beautifully sung. Benni Siglin gave Noel Gruber a haunting, hilarious edge, and Cassie Edlund’s Constance Blackwood was a revelation—warm, powerful, and deeply human.

“One of my favorite parks in the area. There's a beautiful bridge that walks out onto an Island tha has 2 small peninsulas. There's a few short walking trails and some art installations along the way. There is also a small beach at the neighboring park. Not sure if the water would be great to swim in though.”
“I was was the officiant for my grandson's wedding service. The venue had many options, they were very professional and to serve every need. The wedding service and the dinner and after dinners festivities were all in the same location so there wasn't the need to go somewhere else This day in age greatly appreciated.”

“I just got married on 9/7/25 with a small intimate ceremony in our back yard, and had our reception at Brookhall Event Center. Best choice we made!! We are regulars at the bowling alley next door so we ended the night bowling! Michelle was fantastic to work with, asked all the important questions and made sure it all went through smoothly. Gave all her input where needed, as I was definitely decision fatigued! Inna was our day of coordinator and she was great as well. So sweet, so personable. We had so many compliments on the food too, it was so good!! This venue is affordable, but you do not lose out on the magic. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“I just went to this coffee shop for the first time and I LOVE it! I chatted with the owner, Shelly, for a while…super nice! They’ve got a large event space in the back as well. If you’re in NE, pay em a visit and the coffee’s great too!”
“I love to watch the tractor pull, demo derby and music bands. The people watching is great as well. Cheese curds, corn dogs and.... So SAD... My favorite was not there this year...Pork Chops! This Pork Chop treat kept me coming back every year. SAD!”
“My husband and I LOVE this place!!. It's members only the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. We went there for a couple of drinks and just sat and talked. It was the perfect way to end our evening. They do offer food but I'm not sure what they have to offer seeing as we only went for drinks. The place is a little bit off the main road so you might have to Google it. Their prices are very reasonable and the parking was easy. I highly recommend it to anyone who is a veteran of a or a child or spouse of a veteran who was in a foreign war.”

“Location was great. Downtown was about 20-25 minutes away, there were a ton of shopping outlets and restaurants about 10 minutes west of the hotel.
The first room I was given was dirty, I talked to the front desk and they were able to get me moved over to a clean room. My room was cleaned daily”

Brought our entire family for bowling and everyone had an awesome time! Food is good!
Arcade has lots of games for the kiddos! Would come back!”
