“I needed to call in regards to my dogs sudden diarrhea. We discussed the options, including coming in for a stool sample. There would’ve been a charge for that which I was told that it was, even though I am on a wellness plan. I have had dogs for years and periodically have had to do some home treatments. I knew my dog likely had eaten some random stuff at a Picnic, when he usually only gets dog food. So instead, we discussed what kind of diet I should put him on to settle his diarrhea I got all the information I needed and I’m very very satisfied with results”
