“We found Monique of Switzerland by chance while out having lunch in Wayzata this Spring. Stopped in to take a look at their engagement rings. Dean made the impossible happen and created us a custom natural diamond ring just in time for my fiancé to have it for our vacation (and his proposal). Dean was so attentive, kept in touch with my finance weekly to give updates and check in on the design of the ring. We could not have asked for a better personal service experience. He worked with me in detail on all aspects of the ring and created 3D printed models for me to try before deciding on the final design. The final product was exactly what I was looking for that my previous big online jewelry store was not able to create: a beautiful well proportioned bezel set, low profile ring that is very comfortable and easy to wear. “I highly recommend Jon Gilbert for designing a custom jewelry piece! I went to Wayzata Jewelers with the idea of creating a ring that would incorporate diamonds from three generations of family wedding rings. Throughout the entire process, Jon listened to my ideas and included meaningful details I wanted integrated into the design. He used CAD software to form an image of the ring with me by his side, making sure every element was to my approval. Jon also printed the ring in 3D so I could see what the finished ring would look like on my finger prior to creating the final piece. I am so happy with the craftmanship and beauty of the finished ring! It celebrates the lives of my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be an heirloom in my family for generations to come.”

“Took a series of buses out here—two hours one way, it turns out—for a great deal they'd posted online. After meandering 200 years through a dense, winding forest path, I finally entered Twin Cities Pawn covered in sweat and reeking of cigarettes.
The employees were incredibly helpful in handling the MASSIVE item for me, somehow managing to cram it inside a comically small backpack I'd brought along.
I'd also brought a Yukio Mishima novel (that had nothing to do with this sale) bookmarked with a napkin full of notes I'd taken (yes, on a napkin). I proceeded to leave this book on the counter after my purchase, lumbering back out the door with my teeny backpack bursting at the seams. Calling TCP from a bus stop about 45 minutes later, I was reassured that they had the novel and would hang onto it for me.
This was months ago, and I have yet to return. If these guys are still holding my book in their office, I'm naming my firstborn after one of them.

“Best. Piercing. Experience. Ever! I went into Claire's Ridgedale one week ago to get my ear lobes double pierced. Previously I have had three piercings, this was my fourth piercing and I was a bit nervous. The employee working made me feel so comfortable, so assured and so happy. She described the complete details of the process as a true professional and walked me through every step of the way. She measured my ears to ensure not only accuracy but ensure symmetry as well. She taught me the best practices for cleaning and recovery and I felt confident leaving Claires. One week later, I have no complaints, and I'm actually thinking of getting another piercing at Claire's. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!”

“Amazing! This place had countless of trees with so many apples! I found many good ones, there wasn't even that much bad apples! This place isn't also too busy, so you can actually have some peace and quiet. The gift shop was super cool to, it had these wood carved snowmen, and many other options of wooden decoration! Although the items were expensive, I'm happy to support a local business! The owners were really nice, they explained the process of making all the wooden stuff. The apples are absolutely delicious, will be coming back again soon!”
