“This is the only Buckle that I have ever been in and not felt like I had a pushy person coming down on me for a sale.
I was in Yesterday and was dealing with Noelle, she is AMAZING. There was a screw up with my order that should have been at the store but was not. She took her time looking for the package only to realize that FedEx lost my package and it never actually made it. She fixed the issue, refunded the item, got a different item sent direct to my house that was actually what I wanted in the first place but had been sold out when I originally ordered.
I will say one thing that is a Buckle issue though not this location, That is that their cologne is almost double the price of most other places for the same size and item. Very sad to see that and glad I looked it up online before buying any of it.”

“This has got to be my favorite Chico's location. Every time I walk in, it's a great experience and the ladies are so helpful at finding anything and everything that I need. Nancy has been so helpful over the last few months every time I'm in and even offers suggestions on certain outfits and pieces. If they don't have a piece in store, they are able to order it for you (free shipping to your home) or they are able to find a nearby location that has it if you need it sooner rather than later. They've even called that store to confirm they had they item and put it on hold before I made the trip out. Only con of this location is parking when the area is very busy and crowded. Otherwise, such a nice, clean and inviting store.”

“Love the clothes. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a very exact item and was informed it's only available online. In any other case this is where the conversation ends and I go online and reduce further the requirement of brick and mortars like every other consumer. Instead the sales staff politely informed me that while it's only available online, people return things online to the stores and I should check a couple places. Sure enough they had what I needed, just not the size. Doesn't matter. I bought 2 items I didn't need and left because they have great products and great staff. Nice work ladies!”

She called the customer service line and was very calm even when I lost my cool from just frustration and exhaustion of life’s circumstances. “Always have a good experience at this store. The staff are always positive and helpful. It helps a lot to have the Old Navy or Gap credit card if you shop here often. I was able to save with a 50% cardholder discount day for back to school shopping. I also rack up rewards points to use for free clothes. My teens like the sweats and athletic looking stuff and I appreciate the extending sizing for women.”

Tommy Bahama provided both a great selection of clothing and good fit. We also received wonderful service the minute we walked through the door. This is my new go to place to shop.”
“Macy's atmosphere felt like a visit to Kmart, minus the blue light and minus the carts! Bedding Dept on-sale items were out of stock on shelfs, and no sales staff to be found. Checkout counter staff can assist finding sales items; they can lookup product status nationwide from their stores' computer. There are four (4) checkout stations on 1st floor, all have multiple queues.
HINT: Service counters can be found tucked conveniently near each corner of the building (possibly near the exit) .”
