“On a busy Friday, I needed to get documents notarized. I called to see if I could make an appointment, and the friendly person said to come in any time and they would notarize as long as I was an account holder. I arrived mid-afternoon and the line was decent, walked up to the counter and Jesse took the time to help me notarize all 19 pages. There was a lot going on at the time, and Jesse never let it get to him. He stayed focus on me and helped through everything. It was time sensitive, but he never asked or tried to give me to someone else. Very happy to have such a good branch so close!”

“I had an issue with an account that I had spent hours on the phone with Wells Fargo trying to get them to correct. They did nothing to correct their mistake. I was so frustrated with Wells Fargo, I made an appointment at this branch as a last ditch effort and intended to close all of my Wells Fargo accounts. The staff was so kind and welcoming it was hard for me to remain upset. The manager, Afi, immediately addressed my concerns and apologized for the mistake that had been made. She spent a great deal of time working for me to correct the error and called me two times after her work hours to update me. Not one person I spoke to on the phone came close to her level of service and care. Wells Fargo is lucky they have employees like her. I will only continue banking as Wells Fargo because of her.”
