“This Holiday Gas Station has great staff. They great you with a smile and always wish you a nice day. The place is very clean and you will always see staff cleaning areas of the store. All Holiday store have a deal; you get any drink you want from all of the beverages, 1 drink per day, any size, for 30 days at $8.58. This is the best deal in the country. One day I'll have an XXL Ice Coffee and the next day I'll have an XXXL Watermelon Mountain Dew. You need to check this place out because it's awesome!”

“The worst customer service i've experienced in a very long time, its usually expected that employees at a gas station will not be the brightest or the most enthusiastic but the staff in this store were nonchalant, rude and extremely confrontational when given no reason to do so. In retail it's usually a rule that present customers come before work load but making the line wait several minutes while you finish another task when assigned to work the register is insane and then having the audacity get upset that you have to start helping customers is also crazy. I used to be a regular, I don't see myself coming here anywhere in the near future.”

“This store is always clean and staff are helpful and usually friendly. Pharmacy staff are great and knowledgeable. Lines can get long for drive up pharmacy due to people not wanting to move to the further pickup lane. However, even though the drive thepugh can be long and the lot was designed odd to get to drivethrough, I still like this location. Often good deals as well.”

The young lady who helped me tonight was named Yara and she is truly the pinnacle of customer service. She is kind, efficient, knowledgeable of the Walgreens Rewards program, and super helpful! “Two thumbs up for Cottage Grove MN, Walgreens they have filled my prescriptions quickly over the phone. Not all Walgreen Stores operate the same, I travel a lot and had GREAT service at Walgreens in Torrance CA, Cottage Grove MN, and Rice Lake WI. And terrible service at Walgreens in Stillwater MN. Had such a bad time at CVS in Rancho Palos Verdes CA that I won't even step into a CVS store again. Thanks for excellent service Walgreens Cottage Grove MN.”
