“I had a new set of all season tire put in my summer wheels this morning and had a great experience. This is the first time I had visited the new Cottage Grove location, which saved me a ton of time not having to drive out to Woodbury. Two crazy things happened. One, I noticed my name and appointment time on a welcome placard...it looked like paper but I can't determine if it's digital. I was like, there's no way. That is really good marketing. Two, because I was in a hurry to load the car with the summer wheels, I grabbed the wrong lug nuts. I didnt even realized until I got home that DT put on a whole set of correct lug nuts without letting me know that I was a complete dummy. Also, as a bonus, they checked the air in my spare tire. I have been a DT customer for 30 years and would still recommend it to everyone.”

“I grew up having a master mechanic father who knew how to fix anything and always enjoyed doing so by himself. He's in his 70s now and still enjoys fixing and working on things, but has come to terms that he can't do it all anymore. When I recently had some vehicle issues that were to big too fix in his shop I called on my friends at Carlson auto, and let me tell you what... A certain 70 year old life long mechanic that doesn't trust or get impressed easily was COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY AND AMAZED by how well this shop took care of me! The mechanics at Carlsons call and keep in touch with you throughout each and every step and decision needed to be made by them and you. They don't bull shit you, and they genuinely care about what they do! Thank you Brandon and Rob so much!”

The service advisor was professional and confirmed the price before they started working, so there were no surprise fees. The waiting area was quiet and had fast Wi-Fi, which allowed me to get some work done. I definitely recommend getting your tires serviced here.”

“They are hands down the best shop I’ve taken my car to. They take their time and make sure things are done properly , and as low cost as possible for us as clients. They had much better quotes compared to other shops and the customer experience was much better than any other shops . I asked a lot of dumb questions and they didn’t treat me as if I was dumb or knew anything less .extremely informative , fast , and easy availability, along with many other things . I’ll make sure to go back for repairs in future .”

“Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again. I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”

“Brought my car here for a second opinion after another shop in town told me my car was in “perfect driving condition” while it was running very rough and had to pull over due to electrical burning and smoking. This place took a look at my car almost right away and sure enough there were almost a dozen error codes for the transmission and electrical. I appreciated their quick and honest feedback that the car was on its last leg.”

“Great Service. Really customer oriented and do the best they can. Took about 4 hours for a 3 axle alignment with a 3 or 4 tire replacement. Not bad IMO. Had other customers get mad they didn't have the exact tire they wanted. Well this shop isn't big enough to house every single tire of every type. Call ahead and order. They seem really accommodating and have the ability to order.”
