“Great Service. Really customer oriented and do the best they can. Took about 4 hours for a 3 axle alignment with a 3 or 4 tire replacement. Not bad IMO.
Had other customers get mad they didn't have the exact tire they wanted. Well this shop isn't big enough to house every single tire of every type. Call ahead and order. They seem really accommodating and have the ability to order.”

“Lloyd's is one of the best repair shops I've ever worked with. They are professional, courteous and they do what they say the are going to, when they say they'll do it and for the price they quoted. We are a one car family, so it's important that we have the work completed on time!
Lloyd's is probably not the cheapest place in town. However, they use high quality parts and everyone -- including the front desk folks -- knows their stuff. They go the extra mile. For example, I had 2 brake lights go out within a day. I stopped in to see if they could help. They suggested it was probably the sockets rather than the bulbs. They got me an appointment for the next morning, but, since I was driving without brake lights, Jim at the front desk went and put 2 new bulbs in at no charge while I waited. They have also warrantied parts that went bad too soon, replacing at no cost including eating the labor.
They are the real deal!”
“I went to this shop because I had a coupon for a free oil change. Never heard of this place before. I'm used to jiffy lube or the 5 minute places. This shop was so clean and nice! I was worried about having to being my toddler with, but the staff in the lobby were very welcoming to her, even offering her snacks! The service was pretty quick too! The kind staff really helped make a trip with a toddler less stressful, especially as she was wandering around the entire lobby 😂 we will definitely come back for the next oil change!”
“Absolute professionalism as always from Discount Tire. I have been purchasing tires from DIscount for over 20 years and will continue to do so. You can make your appointment online, you come in and they great you as soon as you walk in. The wait is expected for the service being provided. I make sure all my family uses discount as well for their vehicles.”

From my experience theyve been nothing but honest, fast, reliable, and respectful. they really just go above and beyond i have zero complaints, prices are great imo, they fix anything even on difficult cars, and they do the work asap so ive never had to wait long it always so fast im like damn already. 11/10 id recommend”
“I had a new set of all season tire put in my summer wheels this morning and had a great experience. This is the first time I had visited the new Cottage Grove location, which saved me a ton of time not having to drive out to Woodbury. Two crazy things happened. One, I noticed my name and appointment time on a welcome placard...it looked like paper but I can't determine if it's digital. I was like, there's no way. That is really good marketing. Two, because I was in a hurry to load the car with the summer wheels, I grabbed the wrong lug nuts. I didnt even realized until I got home that DT put on a whole set of correct lug nuts without letting me know that I was a complete dummy. Also, as a bonus, they checked the air in my spare tire. I have been a DT customer for 30 years and would still recommend it to everyone.”

“Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again.
I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”

“They are hands down the best shop I’ve taken my car to. They take their time and make sure things are done properly , and as low cost as possible for us as clients. They had much better quotes compared to other shops and the customer experience was much better than any other shops . I asked a lot of dumb questions and they didn’t treat me as if I was dumb or knew anything less .extremely informative , fast , and easy availability, along with many other things .
