United States Postal Service

Hours: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. Customers praise the friendliness and helpfulness of USPS employees, particularly at the 7523 95th St S location. One reviewer commends a worker named Steve for his pleasant, happy, and helpful attitude, which made a positive difference in their experience. However, some customers have had less satisfactory experiences with certain USPS carriers. One reviewer from the Cottage Grove location reports issues with a new carrier who refuses to deliver packages that won't fit in the mailbox, even when the customer is home. The reviewer also describes instances of failed delivery attempts being marked as "held at post office per customer request," despite no such request being made. The reviewer suggests that USPS should provide training or retraining for its employees to address these problems. Overall, the United States Postal Service is recognized for its commitment to serving the entire country and its efforts to improve customer service, while some individual locations and employees may need to address specific concerns to maintain high-quality service.
