  The lady manager there is a liar. She Said I can't mail prepaid ground packages in 4 by 8 mailers because they are to flat. And asking around to other offices they said yes I can and they have to by law when its already been paid for and has insurance paid on it and when it holds an item that shouldn't go through a machine since bending it could break the contents inside. She just didn't want to scan in a bunch of 4 by 8 bubble mailers because it took her to much time. And she insults her coworkers in front of customers calling them stupid. I've never seen a manager treat employee's like that at a business before. She said I have to mail them all as letters with stamps and I'd just lose hundreds of dollars on my prepaid purchases and insurance cost. I couldn't believe it.

  Stephanie was the best ever. She made sure all my boxes made their way to England. She even had a extra pair of eye glasses 🕶️🤓 then she even looked up the best route to get me home. She is one of a kind!

  I give one start for the poor services in delivery the priority mail. was supposed delivery yesterday, and they delivery in wrong town. today they don't delivery either. no idea tracking EI172959660US. I WANT POSTMASTER WORK IN THIS SITUATION.

  Don’t ever ship your package with usps. Their priority service is a scam. They took 2 business days and extra 2 weekends day to deliver my express package. I had to reschedule my flight 3 times just because they trick me if I pay express they will deliver my package overnight. They manager together with the workers don’t care as long as they still going to get paid by the government.

  USPS Cottage Grove keeps sending us mail for other people after we've repeatedly said NOT AT THIS ADDRESS and RETURN TO SENDER. It has been 5x now and at this point. In addition, I used them to send mail locally and was told it would be delivered the next day but it's been over a week and status online has said moving through facility the last couple of days.

  USPS employee had opened my mail before I received it,due to the brochure felt like a gift card,that it’s the second time.The first time was when I mailed a $500 gift card to my friend,she didn’t receive it.I will not use usps for the gift card.USPS needs to double check the employee’s background.

  What thieves! I received my AmEx card completely opened and the credit card out with an apology piece of paper attached to it. HOW DOES A CREDIT CARD GET ACCIDENTALLY OPENED ALL THE WAY? You guys are crooks. I am about to call AmEx right now and let them know in case any fraud was done. Our mail doesn't even arrive. Are you guys holding our mail or something? There is something wrong with this Post Office.
