“Shout out to the guys working at Cenex on Memorial weekend! The store was PACKED and we were looking to purchase fishing licenses and minnows. There was technical difficulties with the DNR’s computer system and the store associate COULD have told us, “Sorry, I don’t know what to tell you.” There was a LONG line of customers waiting. But instead he said, “How about I call the DNR and find out what’s going on.” He managed to call, while multi-tasking; helping others as we waited for an answer. We were so impressed with the excellent customer service. Especially on one of the busiest days of the year.Eventually we left the store with family fishing licenses and minnows.
