“Worked with Jackie and Brian (manager). Both are very passionate about providing quality service to customers, and will go the extra mile to make sure you drive out happy.
I had an issue with some tight scheduled deadlines and they got me my car back on time. When I left, an unfortunate incident occured, as I left the tire warning on my guage went off and I found a nail in the tire - a slow leak indicating it must have happened a day or 2 prior and not been noticed as it was slow.
I called and spoke with Brian and he offered to replace or fix the tire right away. They tried to fix but it wasnt fixable so they just ordered an exact replacement and had it sent in, on their dime, with no arguments.
Overall great people, from the front desk to the management and I drove away completely satisfied with the shop.”

While I was there watching (yeah, he let me watch!), I asked how much it would cost to have my headlight cleaned (my dealership told me it required a $600 replacement). In the next 20 minutes, both headlamps looked brand new for just $75. And he didn't want to take anything for getting my side skirt back on. So I bought the team lunch instead : )

I was immediately impressed with my care technician, Austin! You can tell that this guy not only knows his stuff, but also really cares about the customer's experience. If you're going to go to this location, I'm sure all the tech. staff are great, but I highly recommend working with Austin just because of his great attitude and knowledge he has of the business.

He helped me through the whole process so I could keep the gift a surprise and got the part painted within two days of dropping it off.
