“Great selection and prices on the website. I ordered online and everything I ordered arrived in great condition. Also despite what some of the other reviews say, I thought customer service was very good through email and phone. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because it took quite a long time for the package to arrive. Would recommend”

“At first this location doesn't look like much, but upon entering, my mind changed quickly. I have to say that the owner Paul is a personable man that you instantly like. The environment just gives great vibes and negativity is a past thought once you enter. They have everything from vintage toys, current toys, cards, comics, and all in between. Can't speak enough about how great this store is! it is a must see if you are into your younger years.”

“This place is exactly the sort of store that I would take someone to if they were starting to become interested in Tabletop gaming. With the ceramic tile floors and the very display oriented shelving showing off tons of games and their colorful box art, it quickly establishes how far we've come from Monopoly. There are also lots of gaming oriented knick-knacks and niche miniature gaming supplies that aren't always easy to find at other stores. The prices here are definitely MSRP focused with very little in the way of discounts and compared to online retailers you're going to spend a little extra. However, why do we go to a physical store in the first place rather than staying in the comfort of our own homes and just ordering whatever we need online? For me it's for the opportunity to walk around and browse everything in person, or to soak in some of the culture of your local gaming scene, or to have a fun conversation with the staff. You're going for that added atmosphere and tactile experience and it's hard to get much better than this little store.”

“Fun store to walk through with neat displays and a decent selection of Lego sets & games. Feels like a museum with all of their figurines from all kinds of war times. They did have a couple tables for playing group games which is a nice touch.”

“I had a neglected pen at home and cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. Ink would not flow. The very nice young man at recycler advised me to never use rubbing alcohol again. He cleaned the nib with ultrasound and recommended better ink cartridge. I now have a restored perfectly working pen that I need to treat with greater respect. The helper (owner's son) could not have been nicer. Great customer service. I think his fingers are permanently stained with ink smudges”

“Thanks for educating me on the many coins I brought into your store. I was definitely mislead by what I read on the internet. I am very impressed with your family history and the business you operate. Your store is easy to get to with parking right in front. (So glad I did not have to go to a building.)I highly recommend anyone needing to sell or get educated on old coins, Mont Blanc pens, bullion, general gold or silver, to contact Crystal Coin & Collectibles. It’s a fun store to just stop by and look around too!!”

“Always a interesting visit. Finding all kinds of things to let your imagination go wild. Everything from A to Z at Ax-Man Surplus.(Have 2say the tall/younger dark haired employee that was cashier, was diffinately not 2happy 2B there that day. Never had a rude employee help me till then. Smile everything will be okay.)”

“This is the best fossil and rock store ever! Why? Because you can sign up to take lapidary classes in the shop in the back and learn how to cut and polish stones like agate and much more. The classes are well run with instruction on cutting, grinding and polishing, and they make it very accessible to the beginner.”

“I have been using their blades for over 30 years. The craftsmanship is amazing and they stand up to years of combat. There are no finer weapons out there than those from Arms & Armour.”

“Fan HQ is a great store. They host autograph signings, most of which are paid, but they also sometimes have free signings (they just hosted a free event with Louie Varland from the Twins). This place is the most reliable one around to host autograph signings and also functions day-to-day as a sports memorabilia and apparel store. Staff is really friendly and welcoming, and the owner Shawn is very personable. They have some Fan HQ exclusive items, such as T-shirts and limited signed and numbered memorabilia. I hope this place stays open forever, as chances to meet local (and sometimes National) athletes is really fun.”

“Knowledgeable staff and lots of variety.Went in to browse and found a couple fun nerdy games. Also didn't know Arkham Horror was a 1-4 player game and that there is a card game version!”

“I’m and out.. no issues whatsoever beside those in the parking lot, but that’s not really Hobby Lobby’s job to control or direct people how to drive or watch out for others. The cashiers are wonderful and I am able to get the help I need when I have a hard time finding something..”

“Probably my fave card shop in the metro. It's very cozy and welcoming. Huge variety of everything. I especially like the sit down area where you have plenty of elbow room to go through stuff, without feeling pressed to buy something or rush through the process. They are also very reasonable in negotiating prices of used items.”

“My family and I always enjoy coming into Dreamers Vault. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the team are really helpful. The back half of shop is an area for people to come and play, and they host games throughout the month.”

“I made a purchase online because another store told me they didn't have the item. I was in the other store and saw that they did have the item, and it was on sale. I went to Michael's feeling badly that I had to pick something up and return it immediately. The young man at the counter was so polite and helpful. I told him that he had very good customer service skills. I don't know if this can get back to him, but it was Michael's in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and the gentleman had very long, long hair.”

“I believe that Bill is as kind and honest as they come. My dad bought coins from him for years, and I can see why. He made selling a special collection a fun and educational experience and paid incredibly fair prices. When I got quotes from other dealers, they took an unimpressed tone, I suppose to try to buy at a lower price. Bill was different immediately because he was genuinely thrilled to see the coins. He got me involved in developing the price estimates, something I’ve always wanted to know how to do, and was completely transparent about his offer. Wandering around his shop is an experience in and of itself. My husband said, “There are so many things in here I never thought I’d see in my life.” There are a lot more details of the kindness Bill showed than I can include in this review, but I can’t say enough about the integrity of this business.”

“Very patient and friendly. Took the time to explain and share tips with my 10 year old novice coin collector. Fair pricing and even gave him a few extra sleeves for his coins at home. We will be back soon.”

“Great shop, always looking for local Minnesota items when I visit the state. Born and raised in the Duluth area living in Maine. If I was driving back to Maine I would of got a neon piece, prices are very fair compared to east coast neon prices. Very happy with items purchased. This place will be a regular stop for me in my future visits to the area. Hopefully get a neon sign!!! Looking forward to seeing your Auction items”

“Had the nicest experience at this location today. Was looking for an item that was not on the shelf and one of the employees (Kennedy) went in the back and grabbed the items i was looking for. This is above and beyond good service and this employee along with a few others seemed very kind and couldn't of been nicer. I would recommend this location above some of the others i have visited without a doubt. You are great! Thank you”

“It's relocated but remains in the Texa-Tonka shopping center. I miss the old location but with the center's recent emphasis on food I can understand why the store moved. I find it an interesting place to wander around and wonder what some items are. There are barrels of stuff, shelves of things and all sorts of blinking lights, electronic parts, miscellaneous military surplus and mysterious things that I simply cannot identify. Quirky labels (some definitely tongue in cheek), and no shortage of humor. Offers for customers to weigh in on their own take of what somethings might be. Staff has always been helpful. Aisles overflowing with an ever changing selection. Plenty of free parking. Rock bottom prices and you might occasionally find just what you need. The Ax-Man exemplifies the classic aphorism that one person's trash is another's treasure.”
