“LaMac on Nicollet Avenue is my "Go-To" place when I am unable to get a stain out on my own. More than once I have tried without success all the home remedies suggested on-line. I have taken the item to LaMac on Nicollet and they got it out! They have good availability via their hours.”
“I went in desperation with 9 kitchen trash bags of laundry to use the large washers and dryers. Then I saw that they have a laundry service by the pound. I was happy to turn it over. It was FANTASTIC! Everything was spotless, smelled wonderful, things like socks were in their own bag, all bags were clear making it so much easier to sort and put away afterward. Plus she had sorted them by type. I asked for everything to be washed in cold and dried on low. No shrinkage no issues. Delicates were well cared for. It was AMAZING and worth every penny! I found the price to be super reasonable as well.”

“GREAT, cozy place for LATE night laundry needs (open ‘til 1am)! Been here multiple times, front door parking available, ALWAYS open washer & dryers, nice LONG folding table. BEST thing about this place is CUSTOMER SERVICE! Recently had problem using credit card on JUMBO 8x dryer. After trying to swipe card a dozen times, I contacted posted phone number & IMMEDIATELY got reply back. DIDN’T have to take wet, washed clothes elsewhere to dry. Mike, the owner REMOTELY started dryer for FREE and apologized for inconvenience. If you’re looking for a QUICK place to get your clothes washed CLEAN, this is a GREAT place to go. And for only $3, standard dryers will dry your clothes FAST! I LOVE going here and so will YOU!”
“Everything was in order an working properly. Loved every minute I was there.Only mini problem I see is they give you wash tokens and if you happen to want quarters back instead of tokens.You'll have to talk with the staff. Or like in my case someone over heard me an my mom talk about getting more change an the person had said he over exchanged money for quarters. So he ended up exchanging my 5$ bill for wash tokens that which he had extra of. Again,mini problem. It'd be nice if one side of the change exchanger was strictly coins an the other side tokens only.”
“Had dress hemmed & shoulders sewn down as they were jutting up. Picked it up, tried it on, seemed good to go. Tried on dress, shoes, jewelry a week before my daughter's wedding. Had dress on about 20 minutes & realized it was digging into the front of my arm pit. It hurt! No way could I endure this for hours. Brought it in & the shoulders were adjusted immediately a couple of times till it was perfect for me. Dress was now comfortable & lok good. Tried to tip & it was refused. Great customer service!”

“Going to the laundromat can always be an "experience" but Tumble Fresh is the only laundromat I will go to. They are always clean and have plenty of washers and dryers based on sizes and loads of clothing. Not to mention a kid area and accessible bathrooms.”

“I started going to Hallmark Cleaners on Vernon a little less than a year ago after Waldorf Nevens closed. Since that time, I have received nothing but courtesy from the staff, quality cleaning and on time service. Most recently, I brought in a pair of dress jeans with a large grease mark on the thigh. This was the thick gooey stuff used to grease the hydraulic mechanisms on garbage trucks (thank you very much Republic Services!). I tried to clean the grease at home using Oxi Clean but was not successful. Hallmark was able to remove the grease with no residual stain with one day service. I’m a satisfied customer!”
“The inside is usually pretty tidy. No staff there to assist on several occasions. The convenience of the card use is nice. However, i was double charged two different times.The machines are clean and in good shape. The arcade room is a nice area to make the time go by just a bit faster. The parking lot is nice and lit in the evenings. I really do appreciate that! Overall, it's a pretty God place to wash clothes.”

Everything comes back nicely cleaned and pressed without any issues at all. I'm lucky it's right around the corner from me...if it wasn't I'd probably go out of my way to get service here.”
