“Overall, a good experience and good pricing. Mike, the associate working the front desk, is very kind and took down all my information in his notebook and said I'd get a call in 2 days for pick-up which is exactly what happened! My only reason for not 5 stars is the payment process. Mike had to call Lance the store manager and verbally tell him all of my card information / cell phone and security code. I thought that was a bit odd so next time I will pay with cash only as the process took about 3 to 4 minutes. Not end of the world, but not an easy payment process when paying by cc.”

“Clean and Press in Plymouth is a great business. They have wonderful coupons and do an excellent job cleaning. They also are a good neighbor as they offer to clean an outfit for an interview if a person is unemployed. In addition you can donate clothes to Salvation Army there. They are going to get all my future cleaning business.”
“Great experience at this cleaners. I wasn't sure if I needed alterations on my pants, and they were so honest and told me I was good. I also needed a hole sewed in my shirt and it was done in 5 minutes. Amber was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience and I will be coming back!”
“Was recommended by my wedding seamstress to take my dress here for a one-spot treatment. Didn’t understand how rare of a service this is for wedding dresses. I brought the dress in and within seconds the cleaner had the stain removed! Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Clean clean clean! Lots of available washers and dryers and a sink for hand washing and a clean bathroom. Located in a safe neighborhood with lots of parking. From small washers to two GIGANTIC ones! Apparently we went on a Wednesday (and Fridays ??)and the dryers were half priced at 1.50 for 35 minutes and the small washer was $2 but we didn't use that and used the $4.25 for washing up to 3 loads instead. Met the lovely and hard working Shirley that kept this place clean. She loves what she does and it shows! She was super friendly and explained that certain days were discounted and every second Tuesdays of the month between a certain time, the church helps people with their laundry. We brought our own Tide pods but there's a selection of laundry soaps to purchase. We've been to many Laundromats and this definitely ranks one of the top ones!”
“This has been an awesome laundry. It's clean. Good facilities..so sad that someone did bad to.it just lately.
I am from this area going back fifty years. Never saw it be so uncivilized..I think thetr are angry and unhappy teens around who do these things. I had my purse stolen over at the McDonald's. I'm sure the managers desire to keep making this an open and fun environment but now need to.figure out keeping it safe. Kudos to you owners. Wish you the best.”

“The work is quick and incredibly affordable. They missed a spot of candle soot which I didn't notice until just before guests arrived. I wash enough church stuff that I know it comes out.
I have a blouse which is a b-word to iron which is why I send it out. I had to go ahead and iron it myself. There are worse things.”

“as far as I feel it's a little spinny but I'm willing to pay the the new cards are bigger that's wonderful and they're nice they keep everything pretty pretty well the coins are always full so I don't have no complaints as far as anything I really like this place and it's so close to me”
“The music is loud, there's two lights that flicker horribly, and I had to re-wash an entire load because the machine left it with a terrible cologne smell, but otherwise it's a decent place. Classic coin op, quarter machines, ATM (fee is $3.75 so plan ahead), vending for snacks or soap, and the staff seem to work hard to keep the place clean and tidy.
The best part? I don't have to download a stupid app, I don't have to tap my card to run the machine, the pricing is simple and straightforward, and you get exactly what you pay for. It's a decent laundromat experience.”
“I use to work for this company and I really liked the process. I learned a lot about clothes and how the machines worked. If I could have a cleaners in my house I would. However since I know 1st hand how this company operates and their prices I won’t use another Cleaners because there is no comparison.”
“This is an update to my earlier review regarding my lost duvet cover and my experience dealing with Hallmark Cleaners (which was terrible). After almost giving up hope of finding the duvet cover that had been lost at the Vernon Avenue cleaners, my faith was restored today. This occured after the extraordinarily helpful woman who was working truly made an effort to find it and enlisted the help of her manager (who was on site). They both were fantastic and were able to locate the duvet. Kudos to both of them. I am most appreciative, but still recommend asking for a receipt. The 4 star review reflects the 5-star service of today, combined with the poor service provided previously.”

“Very clean and tidy. Lots of room and plenty of machines. The only complaint is the dryers are way too pricey. $1.50 for 35 min. I prefer $.25 for 6-8 minute and then spread out between dryers. But still a nice place”

Also this guy was already kind of familiar with me because I walk up and down that street to work everyday that caught me by surprise but that was pretty cool but this would be the dry cleaning spot that I go to”

Osman cleaners was flexible in the date and time by which my items would be cleaned and provided prompt notification when my items were ready for pick up. Just a heads up- you can only pay in cash or check! Don't make my mistake and come ready with your credit card.”

“Very clean, easy to get to location, and has updated machines. It let's you pay with cards or with coins. They have a vacuum outside in the parking lot to clean out your car while you wait for your laundry. Will definitely be coming here more!”
