Prestige was recommended by the Seamstress, so I called in my distress and they went way above and beyond my expectations. The dress came clean, was pressed and ready to put on. They pressed the veil next and they were ready to put on. They took so much stress out of the wedding day. They are not close to my house, but I would trust them with anything. I have them cleaning the wedding dress post wedding and preserving it, and cleaning my dress too. I’m so thankful to have encountered such good people with amazing skill and work ethic.”

“The music is loud, there's two lights that flicker horribly, and I had to re-wash an entire load because the machine left it with a terrible cologne smell, but otherwise it's a decent place. Classic coin op, quarter machines, ATM (fee is $3.75 so plan ahead), vending for snacks or soap, and the staff seem to work hard to keep the place clean and tidy. The best part? I don't have to download a stupid app, I don't have to tap my card to run the machine, the pricing is simple and straightforward, and you get exactly what you pay for. It's a decent laundromat experience.”

“I had to come here for about two months because of a broken washer and while the laundromat is not somewhere anyone enjoys- the staff here are incredibly kind and hospitable which made it an amazing experience. They made me feel welcome and even came to recognize me - greeted me every week and even sometimes sparked up a nice conversation. None of my clothes have been ruined in the wash , the big machines are great to do three garbage bags worth of clothes at once which ends up being a good dead !! It’s a traditional old school laundromat with coin operated machines , I actually enjoy the fact that it’s not updated or fancy. They have no ATM so you do have to come with cash but they have everything else you could need (change , detergent , even laundry bags) . I will be back if I ever need a large load done for sure!!!”

“I had a terrific experience with Pilgrim Cleaners at Dupont in Minneapolis. I had to go into the hospital & thought I'd drop off a heavy quilt for cleaning. Had to stay in the hospital for many days & forgot about the quilt. It took me over a year to go back to claim it, during which time TIERRA, the manager, called me to gently remind me I might want to pick it up. I couldn't make to trip to that part of town so Tierra arranged for their driver in my location to pick it up & deliver it to me. Thank you Tierra, you went out of your way to help me while I was ill & I appreciate it so much!. Highly recommend the exceptional service at this business!”

“The place was way cleaner than every other laundromat I’ve been to. There are a variety of sizes of washing machines, which is nice for separating out your clothes. The attendant was very kind and helpful. Apparently the machines are so old that the quarter counter is calibrated to the weight of silver quarters, so they don’t count well, but I used the app so no issues there. I went at 8, but they were closed, the sign on the back said they opened at 9, the front said they opened at 10, so I went back at 10, and it was open and pretty dead. Hope they update the hours on here so other people don’t do what I did :)”

“They have a variety of washing machines ranging from small (1-2) loads to extra large (8-10) loads. The price ranges from $3.25-$20, with extra soil, hot wash and extra prewash costing a quarter upcharge for each. They have a lot of dryers, in 3 different sizes, with all of them starting at .25 cents for every 4 min. but the cost doesn't change per cycle you want. Your able to fit a lot of clothes in their dryers and they work well. All the machines are pretty clean and the place is kept pretty clean as well. They have TV's for entertainment, drink and snack dispensers, laundry dispenser and change machines for quarters. They also have a man and woman rest rooms and counters to fold your clothes on, also some chairs to sit on. There open 24/7 so you can do your laundry any time of day or night that you prefer.”
