“Our experience at this store was unexpected. The salesman, Tim King, was knowledgeable, worked to find the best discounts, & did not pressure us to buy. As a result, we found what we needed & purchased it from him. Also, kudos to Slumberland for making our purchase seamless & a one stop shop. We had just left Hom Furniture where we found a mattress we liked but they would not take away our old metal frame along with the old mattress. However, Slumberland does do this for a modest fee & when we found that out, it sealed the deal for us.”

“5 stars because they gave very good service. Yet, what sucks is that the bed frame I purchased doesn't fit my bed. Its no fault on their end. Just sucks that it didn't work out.”

“Walked in and was met by Jenna with a friendly smile, I had been out shopping for a new bedroom, and comparing products and pricing. After going to Ashley Furniture and HOM Furniture, I stopped by for a quick look at Slumberland. It was not the pricing (although that was an added bonus) it was the service and the fact they had everything I wanted/liked on hand. I would highly recommend to everyone, before you make a final purchase anywhere, make sure to step into Slumberland in Fridley, you might just be surprised and impressed!!! The Manager Jenna will get you taken care of and treat you right!”

“I hate shopping, but an old bed had seen better days. I liked reviews on Mattress Firm-Minnetonka and headed over. Cody greeted me and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and listened to what I wanted. After trying out a few models, I selected a Tempur-Pedic with adjustable base and vibration, which felt great for my back. Much looking forward to my new bed!”

“We went to this location, and had a great experience. We were immediately greeted by Craig. We told him exactly what we were looking for and what price range worked best for us. Craig immediately took us to review mattresses that were in our price range and comfortable. Craig offered multiple options and was very friendly. Craig answered multiple questions and information about the mattresses and frames offering us a great deal with a mattress and frame duo. Craig helped us and guided us with financing. This location gave us a great experience as well as the salesman. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mattress and for a great deal.”

“Rico was absolutely amazing. I came in one night and he was helpful and understanding when I was torn between two couches. But he also gave me space while I walked around. Checked in occasionally but I never felt pressured into anything or obligate to buy right away. Told me I can take the night to consider my options. Will make sure I still get the sale price when I come back. He was kind, he explained things well. He helped me understand the financial options available and how the protection plan works (must make a report for EVERY incident) but also refund the cost of the plan if I don’t use it during the 5 years. Definitely recommend Rico when shopping for furniture.”

“Suzi at the Fridley store was absolutely amazing. I walked in with a budget and I told her what it was and I can’t imagine she made very much off of if anything. Even with that she spent over an hour with me calling different stores trying to get me the best bed I could fit in my budget. She had mentioned I believe she started in October and I can’t believe how much knowledge she knew about the whole store and all the pieces in it. I was there with my mom who was possibly looking for a couch and my mom never has a shortage of questions. Lol. Suzi answered them all like she was reading from a script, only she had it memorized. Another amazing thing I noticed between selling me the bed and looking all over the state and calling different stores she was basically making sales for other employees over her ear piece(walkie talkie) not only was my mom and myself asking her all these questions she was answering questions for other employees. The stuff she knew off hand was incredible. I swear she must study this stuff at night. I honestly think some of these employees that sold big items and got credit for it owe Suzi at the very least the best thank you you could think of, at the most part of the commission. Suzi basically made the sale for them by just answering everything the other employees didn’t know. She did all this without making me feel like she took any focus off me or my needs. If you go to the furniture Mart in Fridley/Northtown ask for Suzi she is incredibly knowledgeable, won’t try to take advantage of you and is so kind. She will go the extra 1,2 or 3 miles for you. I wish she was my sales person for any time I by anything. Remember ask for Suzi she is the Best!!”

“Has everything you'd expect from a mattress store - especially Latex/Wool mattresses! You'll get a variety of latex options, from soft to firm, plus Tallalay and Dunlop latex options. Four sets from soft to firm to try, and am I glad I tried them. The owners there were very friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff, so don't be intimidated nor shy to ask about or try the mattressrs. Since my visit, I ended up purchasing some items from them and they've been very helpful with the process! I did unfortunately screw up the order a few times, but they were very quick to respond and help with adjustments! All in all, a fantastic shop with fantastic staff. If you're looking to give latex mattress/pillows a try, not sure there's any other place worth visiting than this one!”

“Honestly, I had been investigating a certain kind of couch I wanted. One with a chaise lounge and storage. When I saw this store I went in on the fly. I wasn’t expecting to purchase or find anything in addition to what I already had seen. Well, turned out, they have a huge selection of this type of couch, in many different options and colors. I bought it on site. That and two end tables and a coffee table. I would have bought floor lamps but didn’t see much variety. The sales person was so great and patient with me. I wish I remembered his name…. Anyway, my stuff is being delivered in a few days and I got exactly what I was looking for and even more options. And I want to add that my new bank card I had wouldn’t allow the purchase for limit reasons. The sales person was so patient while I called the bank etc. I ended up using their zero percent financing instead just to make it happen. Awesome experience. Great store!”

“Cassie and Sam from the Minnetonka store were outstanding to deal with. They were able to simplify the buying options by listening to our needs and then applying their deep product knowledge to guide us. We never once felt like we were being “sold”. Instead they provided solutions for the two different mattress needs we had. Not sure if Cassie is the store owner, but she should be! Just simply an overall pleasant experience. Thank You!!”

“I've now had my mattress from The Original Mattress Factory for around 8 months, and am extremely happy with my purchase. When I visited this location, Doug was very helpful with answering any questions I had, and encouraged me to try the various options they had on the showroom. I ended up spending about 30 minutes trying the different mattresses, and to my surprise, ended up going with a softer mattress than I initially intended. I am so thankful to have had the time to try the options and find the one that truly felt right. No regrets to this day! I also appreciate their email alerts for when to rotate the mattress.”
