Hours: Mattress Firm Maple Grove II is a business dedicated to helping customers achieve their best sleep. Staff members are friendly, helpful, and committed to providing excellent service. They spend over 200 hours training as Sleep Experts® to offer personalized solutions, including mattresses and bedding essentials. Customers can shop confidently with the Love Your Mattress Guarantee® and enjoy a 120 Night Sleep Trial® to ensure satisfaction with their purchase. The store offers a wide selection of major brands such as Sealy®, Tempur-Pedic®, Sleepy’s, and Serta®, often at competitive prices. Many customers appreciate the quality of the mattresses and bed frames, describing their experiences as positive and stress-free. Delivery service is efficient, with delivery personnel being neat, careful, and thorough. Some customers have purchased bases and beds, noting the excellent setup and attention to detail. However, not all experiences have been perfect. One customer was disappointed with a mattress protector that was too slippery, leading to sheets constantly slipping off, and expressed dissatisfaction after attempting to resolve the issue without success. Despite this, many customers highlight their satisfaction, mentioning fun, friendly staff who find additional discounts and offer better prices than online options. Overall, Mattress Firm Maple Grove II is praised for its good service, quality products, and helpful staff, making it a trusted place for bedding needs.
