“Swing in for a pack of cigarettes. They were out of the kind I wanted but I was only getting that brand cuz it was cheaper. But here it was less than 80¢ difference. So I got the brand name cigs. The security guard was very polite and opened the door for me and the counter dude was also very helpful. I e never stopped in here before but if I lived closer it would be my go to place. the cost was less than I usually pay. But the customer service was on point and I appreciate it!”
“I was traveling from Tucson to Duluth Mn. last week and stopped to check out their line of Kratom. I'm VERY glad I did. They have the BEST Kratom on the market! I know. because I've been using Kratom for (4) years for arthritis pain. Red Bali is what I use. The Red Bali they sell is much more efficient than the stuff I've used!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop at Central Tobacco! They are carrying ALL the different types of Kratom!”
“This is my favorite smoke shop in the entire downtown Twin cities area! They have amazing workers, especially Black with the dreads! Great knowledge and great prices! Highly recommend!”
“The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's been YEARS since I'd tried anything containing THC, and these guys haven't steered me wrong yet. All I have to do is tell them what effects I'm looking for, and they put the right product in my hands.”
“Absolutely amazing experience, great stock, Tristan went above and beyond to check and make sure my piece had a color I liked. Excellent customer service. After trying three other shops, I'm glad I found what I needed!!”
“The best smoke shop I have ever been to Randy is always the man always giving good deals and great customer service Will literally never go to another smoke shop again”
“Cigar Jones is a really nice place. Super friendly and helpful staff. You have to purchase Cigars there, but you can hangout and sample any cigars that you purchase.”
“I was lucky enough to have met Cole when I walked in. I’m a total beginner and he helped guide me through picking out three nice cigars. I genuinely didn’t know what to expect when I walked in, but Cole helped me for roughly an hour and gave me more information than I could’ve ever hoped. Total top-notch service from him and the atmosphere in there is amazing.”
“This is an excellent clean store. The area may be a little rough but the staff are friendly I feel safe. Cheap soft drinks and cool selection of interesting products. I would come again. Jay was the bomb and I'll come back again.”

“Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, they helped me pick out my first starter vape and made sure I’d be able to find replacement pods for it back in San Diego. Lu was super helpful when I was having trouble with my vape. Best shop I’ve been to.”
“Love this shop! Great location & product selection. Awesome staff that are very helpful. Only tobacco store that carries my favorite cigar and I have checked all of them. 🤎 HIGHly recommend!”
“As I pulled into the reserved parking space, I was greeted by Z.W. with a friendly smile, wave & hello! I was having a problem with my foot & couldn’t get my flip flop on to go inside. Z.W. noticed, came out to my car & processed my purchase for me without having to leave my car! As always, he knew exactly what I wanted! Now that’s what I call top notch service! Thank you so much!!! ?”
“Love this place.
Everything from your typical high end local glass shop (meaning local artists, custom pieces, you know) custom jewelry, a variety of very unique amd inspiring art, and some really great quality custom design clothes. It seems the inventory is consistently being sold and replaced so in my experience, worth checking even a couple times a month. Oneday you go in, nothing, thats when I always make a point to check a few days later, cause you and I both KNOW its coming, lol, this is Clown its been that way for YEARS. Some beautiful pieces roll through there. In all the shops in minneappolis or even like the greater minnesota for that thought id say, no doubt, 100% my fave. Plus like some great food in the area makes a double whammy.. 100 % Do recommend, will do again
.”
“Best Smoke Shop in the Cities! Been going here for years now, I have never had a problem! They have the best selection & have vapes that I can’t find anywhere else.Highly recommend them to everyone in my network!! The owner & employees are great guys”
“Sam at the location in New Brighton on county road e is always friendly and really knows his way around customer service. Always a good experience, I go here religiously for my vape needs.”
“Love the collection of different kinds of alcohol here. Even if you try one every day, you may end up taking a couple of years to go through all of them. What was interesting was that once I asked them for a foreign alcohol brand which is usually difficult to find. It is very much limited to the country of manufacturing. To my surprise when I enquired about it, one of the store staff was able to pull it up on the app and mentioned it was not in this store but if I wanted it, they can get it in a weeks time. Since then I believe, if it is anywhere in the world, Total Wine probably has it in some corner of a store shelf or warehouse..?”
“The guys here are very cool. I like the vibes when I walk in the store. They hook it up with a complimentary sodapop if your purchase is more than like $10. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
“Adam is The Man. He keeps a nice store & It’s well stocked. There is plenty of parking and he is generous with his pricing. If you care about any of that come visit this place.
ZaaMa is very polite and courteous, and always ready to help”
“Great customer service and great price. They are always friendly and know their products. My go to vape shop. Plus, I have a crush on one of the guy there. Finding excuses to stop by ??”
“The girl with the glasses is so freaking kind and helpful. I left feeling so happy! She deserves a million raises. She deserves to own that store. I will forever go here until I die or move out of MN. Whichever happens first.”
“Big selection, bought out the rest of the vape juice loon unfortunately decided to discontinue. This place still had it in stock. They were helpful and informative and the prices were competitive without a doubt”
“The staff here have a great attitude, good vibes and great culture here! I love it! we need more folks that bring camaraderie like this I would give more stars if I could 10/10 business?”

“This is my favorite tobacco shop to go into! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They definitely know their products And they always try to help you find the best deals. And the rewards program is awesome! When I’m in a bad mood, they always cheer me up and I leave with a smile on my face. Thanks guys!!! Probably see you soon ?”
“The only place I go. Not creepy at all. Best part - only store that always has a sale table. I shouldn't say. Friendly Arab folks who speak good english and have exciting stories from the Middle East. One of them was petroleum engineer in Egypt.”
“this is where I buy my massive packs of gum. the THC drinks they have in the cooler by the door are great. everything closes weirdly early in Minnesota but these guys will be there for you when you really want ice cream at 9pm”
“I recently visited Total Wine in Maple Grove and had an outstanding in-store experience. Jamey, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. He was incredibly generous with his time, guiding me through several bourbon tastings and sharing helpful insights about each one. Despite not intending to make a purchase, his friendly approach and expert recommendations ultimately convinced me to take a bottle home.
What stood out most was Jamey’s genuine hospitality. He took the time to engage in thoughtful conversation and even wished me a happy birthday, which added a personal touch to the visit. It turned what I expected to be a quick trip into an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience.
I left the store feeling appreciated as a customer and excited about my purchase. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere.”

“This is the best damn vape shop I have ever been -- and it is mostly because of the staff. They are so incredibly helpful and I never felt judged if I have a question. My husband, who doesn't vape but picks up my Coastal Cloud Menthol juice, also finds the guys really great to interact with! This blue-haired social worker wants to thank them for being so awesome. I know that when I am ready to try the gummies they carry, that they won't steer me wrong!”
