“Absolutely amazing experience, great stock, Tristan went above and beyond to check and make sure my piece had a color I liked. Excellent customer service. After trying three other shops, I'm glad I found what I needed!!”
“This is an excellent clean store. The area may be a little rough but the staff are friendly I feel safe. Cheap soft drinks and cool selection of interesting products. I would come again. Jay was the bomb and I'll come back again.”
“Love this place.
Everything from your typical high end local glass shop (meaning local artists, custom pieces, you know) custom jewelry, a variety of very unique amd inspiring art, and some really great quality custom design clothes. It seems the inventory is consistently being sold and replaced so in my experience, worth checking even a couple times a month. Oneday you go in, nothing, thats when I always make a point to check a few days later, cause you and I both KNOW its coming, lol, this is Clown its been that way for YEARS. Some beautiful pieces roll through there. In all the shops in minneappolis or even like the greater minnesota for that thought id say, no doubt, 100% my fave. Plus like some great food in the area makes a double whammy.. 100 % Do recommend, will do again

“This store has everything you could ever want for vapes, kratom, and thc products. The owner is really nice and accomodating. The best part is its one of the only stores in the area that are open until 11pm. Great job and cant wait to come back.”
“Great customer service and great price. They are always friendly and know their products. My go to vape shop. Plus, I have a crush on one of the guy there. Finding excuses to stop by ??”
“The girl with the glasses is so freaking kind and helpful. I left feeling so happy! She deserves a million raises. She deserves to own that store. I will forever go here until I die or move out of MN. Whichever happens first.”

“Fantastic service. As someone who on occasion enjoys a cigar I given some suggestions out of the humidor. Perfect mix of laid-back and professional. The only place I will buy cigars from now.”
“The staff was very polite and informative. And they have an amazing selection of many varieties of a lot of different things.. 2 blocks away chewing tabacoo is $5 more ....”
“this is where I buy my massive packs of gum. the THC drinks they have in the cooler by the door are great. everything closes weirdly early in Minnesota but these guys will be there for you when you really want ice cream at 9pm”

“Been going here for 3+ years & it has become the only tobacco store/vape shop I will patronize, for the following reasons...
1) Really wide selection of vape brands & flavors. 2) The 1x I was unhappy with the performance of a device, the owner didn't gaslight me & he allowed me to exchange it for something functional. 3) No counterfeit products (it's actually a huge problem in the city... I've been burned a few times). 4) It's clean & not sketch.”
“I had a great experience at Tobacco Outlet Plus! They have a fantastic selection, especially with their amazing deals on weed gummies. The owner is a really good dude, making the atmosphere welcoming in this spacious shop. I highly recommend trying the gummies if you're visiting for the first time. This is definitely one of the best Tobacco Outlet Plus locations!”
“Their machine is weird and charged me twice for a product when trying to issue a refund. But a few days later the charges were gone from my account. So not sure what they did to issue the refund but it worked. The owner took the time to message me when I wrote a review about my problem- and for that- they get 5 stars from me. It’s hard to find places that would take the time to do that.
They also charge 15$ more than other shops for the pulse geek bar. I bought the better version of geek bar pulse X for 5$ cheaper than the generic pulse geek bar vape;-; the loon is also in uptown so I’m really confused on the pricing. BUT they said that they will match prices in the future as long as I just let them know. GREAT customer service-but be aware of the cost of your usual buys.”
“BEST SHOP IN MPLS!!! Seriously, can’t recommend them enough! The owner is incredible - kind, knowledgeable and always working to improve the shop! The clerks really know their shit and if they don’t have what you need - they will get it for you. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They also have an incredible assortment of vapes, cigs, glass and kratom products. 11/10 NO NOTES! Vibes are high - and it always smells like fresh bread and pizza! YUM!???”

“Located on second level (skyway). Very friendly interaction every visit. They have a large variety of snack and beverage options. Get your lucky lotto tickets here!”
“Uptown Smoke Shop has one of the biggest selections of vapes I’ve seen! They have all kinds of options along with pretty much anything else you might need. From incense to whipped cream.
The team is attentive and knowledgeable, & they’re willing to answer all your questions even when the shop is busy. I really appreciate that they don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them when you need help choosing something.
Great selection, helpful staff, and a solid spot if you’re looking for variety!”

“The Bloomington Smoke Shop has a large variety of your favorite tobacco, incense, and whatever you're in the mood for. Customer service is top notch and very clean and organized. If you like cigars, you will be able to pick your favorite one too! Convenient is what makes everything Great! Best place in Bloomington! Come see for yourself you won't be disappointed.”
“The staff was super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me with looking at their different products. The only downside to this store is it's a small store with very limited products and selections compared to other smoke shops.”
“Small smoke shop with a great selection of dispose vapes. They have the hookah vapes here too! Very kind man that works here too. We come here a lot, they have everything we need. The smoke shop across the street pales in comparison to this place.”

“Local tobacco chain with robust offerings and knowledgeable staff that tend to care much more than your average headshop employee. I have talked at length with a handful of them - mostly about products, occasionally related topics that come up or just things we are both passionate about or interested in - and they generally seem happy to answer questions and appear to enjoy working here, and are always kind. Overall this place feels great to shop in.”
“Great little convenient market. The guys who run the store work hard and always have a cheerful demeanor. Very conveniently located downtown and always have what you need.”

“My favorite corner store they always do great with having whatever I need or whatever I’m craving I appreciate them going the extra mile for my likings! Luis and Christian are my favorite employees they’re so thoughtful!”
“The people that work there are nice and friendly 😊😊 The first half of this post was from a different day after the smiley faces is the second post went in to Infinity smoke today and was looking around after I bought $100 worth of cigarettes and I was looking at the gummy selection cuz someone told me that they have a good selection of gummies there and the guy got mad and told me to buy something or leave all rude. Like I don't know if it was cuz he was in a bad mood or what. I just thought that was kind of rude”
“Walked inside the corner receiving door and they took the papers quick and got me in a dock relatively quick. I was unloaded within an hour not too terrible out of there in 1.5 hours. I was fully loaded too”
“Been here about a dozen times now, never had a bad experience. Workers are always nice and helpful. Their cigar selection is definitely best in the area with a nice humidor room. Selection of other items seems great as well.”
