“I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car towed to a body shop. The insurance company arranged for a different tow company to retrieve the car. As I was in the hospital, I was not able to follow up until the next day. When I checked, my car was still in the same spot and they had noted they couldn’t find it. The damaged car sat overnight at the accident scene and thankfully was not impoundedWe were able to reach out to Nishan auto services instead and they were able to retrieve the car. Not only did they pick up the car but they came to the hospital to get the keys directly from me so that they could do it.I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the level of service, communication, and professionalism.”

“My hyundai had been broken in for the last time. I have to say I was devastated my handle was torn off, drivers door lock busted to the brim, you know how the Kia Boyz are doing it now. I went to this place after being quoted $500+ multiple places (w/o paint). Finally came in, Ramin was super empathetic of my situation, gave a fair price of $340. I'd have to say after everything with my hyundai, I've had tears and all due to these break ins, $1000+ in repairs just due to the ignition system, busted windshield, ect. I think I did cry happy tears today, a little relief for myself and my car. Please go, it'll be worth it!”

“I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

“My wife had a flat in one of the best places in Mpls NOT to be stuck...and it was dark. I gave Brian a sitrep and he responded before I could click on the link to pay him. He updated me along the way. When he arrived my wife wasn't there. I told him where she called from (of course her phone had a major malfunction that morning so she didn't have it with her). Brian googled it watch for her likely path of approach. All the while, he kept me on speakerphone updating me as to who he saw coming from that direction. Brian went way above and beyond! As an old, disabled vet (and feeling kinda helpless at the time), I don't have the words to express how much this helped and what it meant to us. We give him our highest recommendation!! A true professional on several levels!”

To me, this is above all else when considering vehicle repair services. Edina Tire & Auto does a fine job with repairs and maintenance, as anyone would expect from a reputable shop.
They will frequently opt to use OEM or proper aftermarket parts which have been noted for their reliability and quality, which will occasionally result in a higher price than other locations - you do get what you pay for, though. Their customer service has always been a pleasant note as well, but once again - and above all - they can be trusted.
I don't know of any other location in the area which would take a car in for requested brake servicing, only to discover that the brakes don't need attention quite yet, and instead of replacing the brakes and rotors with some B.S. confirmation that - "Yeah, brakes were pretty bad, please pay $xxx for the repair, thanks.", they called me and told me that they wouldn't need to charge anything for brakes and rotors as the brakes have plenty of life left. "Anyhow, Oil change is done, and if/when you're ready here is a list of other recommended maintenance/repairs which may be needed in the near future. Come back any time!"
Most shops would jump at the opportunity to not only replace the brakes/rotors when they don't need to, and hard pressure you into the other repairs. ETA instead chose to be honest about the brakes being in decent condition, touched up the other parts in need of attention, took care of the quick oil change, and provided a list (with pricing breakdowns) of recommended repairs/maintenance without being the least bit pushy.
These are good people and they provide a fantastic, professional service. This is the go-to shop for Edina/Richfield/SLP, if you ask me.”
