“I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

“My wife had a flat in one of the best places in Mpls NOT to be stuck...and it was dark. I gave Brian a sitrep and he responded before I could click on the link to pay him. He updated me along the way. When he arrived my wife wasn't there. I told him where she called from (of course her phone had a major malfunction that morning so she didn't have it with her). Brian googled it watch for her likely path of approach. All the while, he kept me on speakerphone updating me as to who he saw coming from that direction. Brian went way above and beyond! As an old, disabled vet (and feeling kinda helpless at the time), I don't have the words to express how much this helped and what it meant to us. We give him our highest recommendation!! A true professional on several levels!”

“They have serviced all my cars for 36yrs, I will continue to bring my cars to these men. They let you know what is wrong with your car, do not try to up sale you or gouge you in pricing. As a woman, to trust a mechanic, this is extremely important. Never had a bad experience with them, may not have liked what they told was wrong with car, but all knew going in it was going to cost me money as my car is not a cheap to get fixed. However, Mike always seems to help figure out to prioritize what really needs to be done and what can wait 3-6 months so my pocket book is not a bloody massacre..lol. “My brother-in-law recommended we bring our 2005 Subaru Outback to Tommy's for a strut fix. They were super honest and since we are going to let our elderly mother and father-in-law, we wanted to have them check it out and ensure it was safe.They listed some stuff that could be fixed, but unlike the dealership, they didn't have any pressure.The car drives like it did before the strut issue and Tommy was actually at the desk when we picked it up. “I had gotten my vehicle impounded by Edina PD whilst taking care of outstanding warrants I had. After getting out and trying everything possible to get the money to get my car out it just ended up being too much (over 1,000$). I called them up just to see if I could get my belongings from my vehicle and told them I just couldn’t come up with the money, and to my surprise they offered to let me come get my car for only 400$, and gave me a few days of room. Little do they know I just found out I am pregnant and have been SO upset and anxious about not having my vehicle. You truly do not know what someone is going through and this company’s kindness went a long way. Thank you for your customer service skills that is sadly so rare these days. You guys made my YEAR.”
“Victory Auto came through again for me!Cooler weather caused my ‘low tire pressure’ light to turn on.Their Fridley location was closest to me so I pulled in unannounced; they efficiently checked my tires, explained two of my air pressure sensors batteries are at end of life; confirmed tires are good and just replace the parts when I get new tires. No pressure from them to buy new tires now.Victory is such a pleasant experience. The respect between employees and customer is top notch! Thank you!”

The shop got me in for an inspection and repairs immediately which was awesome. They quoted a week for service and they delivered, also helped get me booked for a rental which was very helpful. Chris was there every step of the way and communicated with me and the insurance company which took a lot off my plate. Highly recommend this body shop.”

“I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car towed to a body shop. The insurance company arranged for a different tow company to retrieve the car. As I was in the hospital, I was not able to follow up until the next day. When I checked, my car was still in the same spot and they had noted they couldn’t find it. The damaged car sat overnight at the accident scene and thankfully was not impoundedWe were able to reach out to Nishan auto services instead and they were able to retrieve the car. Not only did they pick up the car but they came to the hospital to get the keys directly from me so that they could do it.I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the level of service, communication, and professionalism.”
“Came in to buy a simple quart of oil. Chatted with Louis for a few moments, since he was very friendly in welcoming me when I had stepped through the door. Went on to tell him about some little things going on with the car in the course of a chatty conversation. Next thing I know he’s out checking my “Check Engine Light” with his little diagnostic tool. Back in the store, he makes a suggestion for a tactic and a product that he thought might be helpful. Not a case of upselling, but rather an insightful and helpful suggestion that I’m going to try. “As always, the quality of work was excellent. In the past, I have given them 5 stars. I’m taking away a star this time because the original estimate was $1,667 but the final cost ended up being $2,099. I could understand some additional costs, but this was unexpected, and seemed pretty high to me.”
