The team was able to diagnose the service engine light on my CR-V and repair a timing issue the local Honda stealership has failed to successfully diagnose or repair multiple times. The team at TGK completed the repairs and oil change efficiently within a reasonable amount of time at a competitive rate. The quality of work seems great. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be returning for future services.”

I was definitely not the “ideal” customer today running late to my tire change appointment and then forgetting one of my old tires and having to come back after my appointment for them to be able to actually change both tires I bought. Despite that, the manager Cory and his staff were very kind and patient with me, offering to let me get my tire and come back with it later that day without having to reschedule a new appointment. I know it was extra time and effort for them to accommodate me today, and I’m grateful that I decided to go through them for my tire change. “I just blew out a tire in a double pothole on Marshall St NE, over by The Sample Room. Turned the corner and headed straight to tires and more. They were closing in less than an hour. Pulled right in and haf a new tire on in about 20 minutes. Very friendly. Great service. I'll be going back.”
“I had a great experience with this shop. They performed a thorough inspection and diagnostic to track down a coolant leak and some unusual noises I was experiencing with my vehicle. They found several issues, including damaged control arms, a bent wheel, worn suspension springs, and brakes that needed to be replaced.
They explained the problems clearly, gave me a good understanding of what needed to be repaired, and did a great job getting everything taken care of. The vehicle drives noticeably better now, and I really appreciate the quality of the work and attention to detail.
