“I have never been in an auto repair shop waiting area that was as spotlessly clean as Plymouth Tire & Auto Center. The two staff members that I interacted with were very nice and helpful. I did not have an appointment; it was Thursday at about 3:30pm and the left front tire of my vehicle had an air leak. Needless to say, I was in and out of there in about an hour and back on the road. “This is my auto repair shop, 4 visits. They are very honest. The first visit was due to a front brake that physically broke. I thought both brakes should be replaced (like headlights etc.). They checked the other brake and it was fine; they did not replace it. Many other shops would say both should be repaired but Midwest said no. It's still fine years later.Last visit I needed complete suspension replaced and fix my cruise control. I told them I wanted them to check over the car as I wanted to drive it another 50K miles. They fixed the cruise. A sensor on the muffler caused engine light to go on and that disables cruise. They checked everything and did not appear to rack up repairs. My car hood didn't close right before that visit. It closes perfect now! They just replaced little rubber washers the hood slams down on. That's detail. Nice to have an auto repair place I can trust!”

They have a small lot that is oftentimes overflowing with work and in my opinion that also speaks to people confident to bring their Land Rovers to them to be repaired. They do great work. “My van broke down while I was in Minnetonka for the weekend (4 hours from home). AAA recommended Endurance Automotive as one of the repair places they could tow my 2017 Toyota Sienna to. Based on Endurance's Plymouth location, I chose them and I am so glad I did. Charlie called me first thing Monday AM. Based on the notes from the towing company and a message I had left for them, he already had a suspicion and he had ordered the part. He told me they would look at it that morning for an official diagnostic (after three Toyota dealers had said they were too busy!) and it ended up being the part he suspected that had gone bad. (an ignition coil?). He kept me informed, was super polite, and gave me a AAA discount to boot. I was able to be back on the road with no further problems at all before 2pm. I am so grateful and I will absolutely encourage my friends near Plymouth to use their services! I hope never to need this again while I am out of town, but if I do, I know who to call!
