The team was able to diagnose the service engine light on my CR-V and repair a timing issue the local Honda stealership has failed to successfully diagnose or repair multiple times. The team at TGK completed the repairs and oil change efficiently within a reasonable amount of time at a competitive rate. The quality of work seems great. “The leadership and staff at this location are incredible at what they do! I was definitely not the “ideal” customer today running late to my tire change appointment and then forgetting one of my old tires and having to come back after my appointment for them to be able to actually change both tires I bought. Despite that, the manager Cory and his staff were very kind and patient with me, offering to let me get my tire and come back with it later that day without having to reschedule a new appointment. I know it was extra time and effort for them to accommodate me today, and I’m grateful that I decided to go through them for my tire change. Highly recommend the Plymouth Discount Tire location if you are in need of service on your vehicle and want amazing customer service!”
