“Stopped in for a headlight on my 2011 Ford Edge . Ryan helped me right away to get the correct bulb, and then volunteered to come out and replace it for me!! Now that's service. And with a smile !😊”

“I don’t leave reviews often, unless I receive exceptional service. Today’s visit at the Buffalo O’Reillys was an exceptional experience. Stopped in to purchase new wiper blades and was assisted by Jacob. Not only was Jacob able to provide me with a candid opinion on which wiper blades would best suit my vehicle (I got the rain X Rugged XL), Jacob replaced my wiper blades at no cost. The whole process was seamless. It’s difficult to find quality customer service nowadays. Very happy with my decision to stop at O’Reilly’s! Thanks Jacob!”
