Stopped in to purchase new wiper blades and was assisted by Jacob. Not only was Jacob able to provide me with a candid opinion on which wiper blades would best suit my vehicle (I got the rain X Rugged XL), Jacob replaced my wiper blades at no cost. The whole process was seamless. It’s difficult to find quality customer service nowadays. Very happy with my decision to stop at O’Reilly’s! Thanks Jacob!”
