“Went to Menards today to get a new vacuum. Found a Shark for like $149 on sale I think. Brought it up to the register and went to pay, imagine out surprise when it rang up at $299. We weren't upset or anything. A little frustrated thinking I'd have to spend more time finding a new one. Nope, the people at customer service here were awesome. They said it was on sale last week but the sale tag was not removed this week. They honored the price without me even asking. Super grateful to these 2. I wish I would have gotten their names. A++ guys. You 2 are super good at what you do.”

“Friendly staff - I love being recognized when I come in by the paint swirl master - haha - it's a side project one of the guys has - finding beauty in simple swirls of paint before they mix together. It's just personality that you find in a place like this. Sure it's probably a little more expensive if you buy everything there; but you probably won't walk out with a bunch of impulse buy BS like I always do at Menards.
