“This location helped me switch numbers between devices The other day. Friendly, helpfulI and much better service with this location than calling the hotlines. you haven't already, I do reccomend switching to T-mobile.”
“Kelvin Obiri was fantastic help, a knowledgeable salesman, professional, and friendly. We needed some help troubleshooting some problems switching over from T-Mobile and he was happy to help us. Great hospitality despite the process of dealing with the phone industries tactics to keep you at the current company you are with, Kelvin was able to complete our transition and give us a great deal. We ended up coming back in to bundle our Internet and he recognized us right away and was enthusiastic to help us yet again.
If you need phone services, go to Kelvin. Employee of the year!”
“I have tried multiple times to take a visit survey about this store but it's never worked. I came in June 26th, purchased a phone, Evan K handled the majority of transaction. This took many hours & his patience was amazing! He explained details & his advice very appreciated. Thank you Evan !
June 27th re-visted store for a finish & questions. Marlon J assisted me & so patient & helpful ! Thank you Marlon !
Same day Stephanie B took care of old phone return, gave me spray cleaner & helped as well . Thank you Stephanie!
This is a great store. Everyone is knowledgeable & friendly. Awesome team & customer service. I appreciated everyone's time & help. Excellent!!”
