This Verizon location provides excellent and great customer service, with staff described as very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and super kind. Employees are noted for their willingness to take time with customers, stay late, and clearly explain plans and promotions, including navigating technical issues like a tricky eSIM. The process of switching from another carrier or getting a new phone can be very quick and efficient. However, some customers report that Verizon's service itself can be spotty, with phones having a hard time connecting even in areas where coverage maps show excellent 5G coverage, leading to some customers not being impressed compared to previous carriers.

i went in to this Delano location for the first time ever to search for answers not related to my verizon account, but because of email issues on my iphone. Jason was kind enough to help me retrieve my emails that i lost. He's the most knowledgeable verizon rep. that i ever have been in front of. A+++

I got great service here. There were hiccups and challenges (not of the stores creating) along the way, but the staff, worked through things effectively and efficiently.
