This Verizon location provides excellent and great customer service, with staff described as very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and super kind. Employees are noted for their willingness to take time with customers, stay late, and clearly explain plans and promotions, including navigating technical issues like a tricky eSIM. The process of switching from another carrier or getting a new phone can be very quick and efficient. However, some customers report that Verizon's service itself can be spotty, with phones having a hard time connecting even in areas where coverage maps show excellent 5G coverage, leading to some customers not being impressed compared to previous carriers.

I was one of those customers we shake our head at, come in just before closing. Yes I did it thinking it'll be quick. I think 45 min after closing i was done and so appreciative of the salesman who helped me and stayed late knowing he could've just said no. Not to many people like that around. Once again Thank You.
