“Staff very friendly and helpful (although our storage unit is off university, the main office is on N. 25th - this was our mistake). It seems all the units are garage style, they supply pallets so your items don't have to rest on floor. Not temperature regulated. We needed something close to Lindenwood park neighborhood and the location was ideal for us. Storage area lot seemed clean and plowed out. You'll need a circular padlock, they have some for reasonable price.”

“OTR Driver here.Picked up here. Checkin/Checkout, Dock/Dock Availability, Loading all good. From checkin to checkout about 90 minutes. The folks were friendly here, this was my experience here. Pull out after given green light at dock,go inside get bills, go back out to your truck and they come out to put seal on.”

“Easy to access, wonderful, helpful and friendly staff members.My only complaint is U-Haul stating that rent is charged on the date you pay for the unit while StoreMoor contracts state it is due the first of the month. Just something to consider if that’s what you’re looking for.”
