“This is my initial review of the storage. Since my first day of use here (May 16, 2026), some errors occurred in the system, so I couldn't access the storage with my entry code. However, the customer service team works even on weekends, and they tried to solve my problem and were able to get me into the storage. I would say that the best thing would be for nothing like this to happen, but sometimes it does, and the key is how you handle the situation. They did a great job!”

“This storage facility is awesome.Wayne (Fargo location) went above and beyond being helpful. I haven’t had my car out of storage for a year. Wayne was right there to connect battery cables, check my oil, and persevered when my rear tire was rusted and stuck. Wow! Also…. Last winter when I thought I had locked my storage when it was freezing cold , he called to let me know my garage was not locked. I sent him a key and he took care of it . I reside out of state and feel 100% certain I chose the right storage facility. Happy yo give them my business!! Thanks Wayne!!”

On the 9th of June, 2026 ... I used the cargo van to move my electric bike 🏍 and other things .
The next day , I return the van back to the fargo location , and thought I clear everything from the van.
The next day on the 10th. I realized 😳 I left my electric bike battery 🔋 in the van 😫.
So I went to the fargo uhaul location to look for my bike 🏍 battery 🔋. And the staff was so professional and polite , to retrieve my bike 🏍 battery 🔋 from the van that I left behind .
