I was trying to ship a package here and they didn't have a single piece of tape for me. I needed one piece of tape to close one envelope and they refused to help me.This happened in 2011 and I still haven't been back. I actually moved over 1500 miles away so that I wouldn't have to ever see that place again, and this experience was the main reason that I moved away from the state of Minnesota.

I have not received my postal letters for 3 weeks, and I do not understand it because I have an account, of delivery information, and it only appears to me that the mail will arrive, and when I go to the mailbox, no mail from me arrives, Except for other people, this is so wrong.

As a resident of Dilworth I am sad to say this post office, at least one lady in particular that works the desk is the rudest person I've had to deal with in a long time. There have been 2 separate occasions where I have gone there to simply purchase an envelope package to ship something out (what should be a quick and painless task) and she was unbelievably disrespectful and rude. One time, ok I'll give you the benefit of the doubt...we all have bad days. But when I go in a second time and it's the same person acting the same way, sorry...I'll drive the extra few miles to the Moorhead post office.

What sense does it make to leave a heavy package right in front of where my front door opens? Exactly how am I supposed to open my door to get it? You're delivering to disabled people, maybe put a little more care and thought to where you are leaving things we paid good money for. I shouldn't have to injure myself trying to retrieve my package.
