Was an extremely easy and fast experience! The front desk man was very informational and helpful throughout the entire rental process, as this was my first time renting a vehicle.

They are always on the ball at the rental counter. Busy day, they got a vehicle that just came back cleaned and turned around and brought it up front for us. Third year in a row renting at their counter in Duluth for a two week trip.
