The lady at Duluth Airport (I really wish I remember her name) was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the right vehicle as I had 2 options for 7 seat vehicles. She knew the ins and outs of each and told me what they offered for me without skipping a beat. She made it so easy and she was there when I returned the vehicle so I thanked her again for her knowledge and customer service. With service and an awesome vehicle selection, I have no intention of ever using anyone else for my car rental needs.”

“I rented an SUV for 3 weeks. Due to the extended time period, I chose to waive the daily insurance offered by Budget. During my final week with the SUV, a rock hit and cracked my windshield. I contacted the agent I had when picking up the vehicle to explain and inquire what to do next. Linda R. was super helpful in completely explaining what needed to be done, and to not worry now and enjoy the rest of my trip. Upon return of the vehicle, Linda and her manager, Ann, were so very professional and caring about my situation. Thanks to their suggestions, I was able to get reimbursed for the windshield I paid out of pocket to replace. I am very impressed with the professionalism and service rendered at this Budget location. I will never EVER choose a different rental company in Duluth. Budget has my business every single time I need a rental in Duluth......”
