This AT&T Store provides excellent and super helpful customer service. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, offering great and timely assistance. They answer questions clearly and help with adding lines of service, upgrading devices, purchasing new phones, and adjusting data plans. Customers report pleasant experiences, learning a lot while saving money. The service solves issues from technical problems with apps to finding better unlimited data packages. It is a highly recommended location for all these needs.
Molly was an absolute pleasure to work with. Pretty refreshing dealing with someone as fun and smiley as Molly was when I was in there. It’s pretty rare having an actual enjoyable time in a cell phone store.

Great customer service by Michael, who was very knowledgeable about the phones in store. It’s so nice to encounter someone friendly and engaging when you need assistance - this has not often been my experience (anywhere - not AT&T-related), so two thumbs up from me!
