“Excellent service. Brought my phone in 20 minutes before they closed and Terry, the owner, was so helpful. Looked at possible reasons for my phone suddenly not charging and had it fixed prior to closing time. So reasonably priced, could charge so much more for the help they give.”
“After spending a couple hours on the phone with the 1-800 AT&T number and getting nowhere, we brought our device over to this AT&T location right as they were closing on a Friday night. We were beyond grateful for their outstanding customer service and staying an extra 10 minutes late on a Friday to make sure that we got taken care of! It was very crucial to get this fixed that evening and can't say enough good things about their customer service and how thankful we were for their help.”

Aiden helped me order a new phone, he didn't try to sell me a phone or service that I didn't want (like multiple other Verizon reps at 2 other stores I had been to), and answered all of my questions and was so kind and knowledgable. “Seth saved the day last Sat when my phone crashed. Local Uber/Lyft driver, Fri was 1st day with car back from shop after a month, not very tech savvy. Ended up having to completely replace, really wanted to be able to work that night since usually 3 days weekend barclose. Seth got it all done for me by 8 and somehow I had usual earnings in a short shift. I had been to 2 Tmobile, a mall kiosk, a repair shop, a box store Fri-Sat night. Seth got me up and running very kind and accomodating with my tech iliteracy, even tho I didn't want to buy a new phone. Thank you Seth! Sometimes you just have to make it happen.”
