Was just in today. Basically came out worse than it started. My phone will no longer connect to cellular data and my front camera is blurry and i see something behind the screen over the camera. Very disappointed after it took over 2 hours to fix and none of these issues were brought up when it was picked up. Felt like we were being kind of rushed out because they were closing..

I've only been there once but was very impressed. The young man that waited on me was friendly and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile in explaining why he had to order the laptop battery I needed versus trying to stockpile all the different laptop batteries, especially like mine, a discontinued Toshiba. Lots of parking. A nice clean store.

10/10 service! I took my pc in to boxtronics because it wouldn’t boot up and they fixed it within an hour, and only charged me $35! Life savers!

Worked on an iPhone 11 Pro Max I ended up having to leave it overnight due to the fact being is when he went to go work on the battery. He accidentally broke one of my volume button. I just called today because the phone that he worked on is now stating that the battery that is in the phone is not an apple genuine battery, I am beyond annoyed at the fact that I brought this phone to this person was told that the battery and parts were all Apple genuine and now my iPhone 11 Pro Max is now telling me it is not and it's more than likely gonna start rejecting the battery I Just tried calling and he hung up on me

My Girlfriend had her iPhone XR screen replaced at their superior location twice, so naturally when it broke a 3rd time, we went to bring it back and have it done again. However, i discovered that they were closed. So i brought it elsewhere. To my surprise, when it was opened i discovered that they did not use very much adhesive because everything kinda fell apart too easily, and there were 4 screws floating around inside the chassis. There was also a metal tab that was found to be broken but still screwed down. Now, don't get my wrong, the screen replacements worked just fine. And had i not had it done elsewhere, I would have never known about the poor workmanship they initially did. I'm not sure i would recommend them to anyone

Michael helped me refurbish a worn out laptop, replacing a dead battery, worn out keyboard, and upgrading the internal hard drive. It's like I have a brand new computer, better than it ever was, for a fraction of the price of replacing it with a new one. Considering that someone at Best Buy first recommended I talk to Box Tronics last year, you not only have my recommendation, but mine came from them! I'll certainly keep them in mind for any and all future needs. THANKS GUYS for the great service.

Ordered the part in less than a week fixed the phone in an hour. At&t sent the phone to Florida and couldn't fix their own phone. Don't get phone insurance come here
