Box Tronics is an independent small business for cellphone and computer sales and repair. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. They go above and beyond and the extra mile in troubleshooting and repair work. Customers report wonderful experiences with repairs ranging from modern devices to very old computers, with everything done perfectly. The store is nice and clean with lots of parking. Based on these experiences, Box Tronics is a terrific, top shelf place that is highly and heartily recommended.
Excellent service. Brought my phone in 20 minutes before they closed and Terry, the owner, was so helpful. Looked at possible reasons for my phone suddenly not charging and had it fixed prior to closing time. So reasonably priced, could charge so much more for the help they give.
