“Enterprise was very courteous to me! They provided a free pick up and drop off from the auto body shop that my own car was in for repair at. The car rental I was in had a funny smell inside it. When I called to let them know about it they immediately offered to switch me to a different car. While I decided to stay with the current rental, I really appreciated them offering me a switch. Staff are easy to work with. They texted me helpful information and I really appreciated how easy it was to use their service! Yes, I would use them again and recommend.”

“Originally booked a rental through budget, which ended up being a huge mistake! After nothing but problems and time wasted with them, I walked down to the alamo counter, and we were driving away in our rental within minutes. I wish I got the guys name that helped us because he has helped us in the past when renting from alamo. Have always had great experiences and vehicles with alamo and won't attempt to rent from anyone else again!”

“Renting a vehicle starting from far north Minnesota to drive to Oregon presented the problem, only one rental company, Enterprise, provided the service. They had the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. The SUV was clean and worked well driving in difficult conditions in December. Checking in and dropping off was easy with no nasty surprises. I will check Enterprise first when booking my next ride.”

“I rented an SUV for 3 weeks. Due to the extended time period, I chose to waive the daily insurance offered by Budget. During my final week with the SUV, a rock hit and cracked my windshield. I contacted the agent I had when picking up the vehicle to explain and inquire what to do next. Linda R. was super helpful in completely explaining what needed to be done, and to not worry now and enjoy the rest of my trip. Upon return of the vehicle, Linda and her manager, Ann, were so very professional and caring about my situation. Thanks to their suggestions, I was able to get reimbursed for the windshield I paid out of pocket to replace. I am very impressed with the professionalism and service rendered at this Budget location. I will never EVER choose a different rental company in Duluth. Budget has my business every single time I need a rental in Duluth......”
