“I decided to test my luck with an walk in appointment at the Duluth Geek Squad location. Brandon Napoi was on his lunch break but cut it short to help me troubleshoot an internet connectivity problem I was having on my Microsoft Surface. Brandon was so nice and friendly. I told him I did all the steps online recommended. He wanted to try them just incase and when he ran into the same issue he took a different approach and changed the GHz to include 2.4 band and it my computer connected to the hotspot finally! I cannot thank Brandon enough for his time and friendly service!”
