“Having lived in Duluth for 13 years I’ve come to appreciate how many local companies come to appreciate their customers. None do it more than Johnson Mertz. Their staff always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service.
Recently they went much further than that. I needed a replacement knob for my GE stove. It was for.a six year old stove and the is no longer in inventory. No problem, the service desk representative volunteered to track the part down as and order one. Then he said he would he would get me two and that there would be no charge.
Then he asked me me how I liked the stove and if we had any issues with it. I told him that we used and enjoyed the stove every day and that the only issue was that the center grill has become scratched. He then said he would odef a replacement for that too. And at no cost!
