Evolve Yoga & Spin offers a welcoming, enthusiastic, and genuine community. The space has a really nice aura and provides a warm, welcoming, judgment-free environment. Spin classes are intense and fun, kicking your butt while challenging both seasoned athletes and beginners. Yoga and power flow lessons are peaceful, grounding, and connected, with a great flow. The studio is small and intimate, fitting about 10 people, with high ceilings and wood floors. Instructors are amazing, friendly, caring, thorough, and informative, making everyone feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. The building itself is exquisite and stunning with lots of history. Facilities include a sauna, bathrooms, and quality amenities for members. The experience is highly recommended and very reasonably priced.
Misty is amazing, her Kundalini classes will change my whole day in a positive way and I always look forward to it.

Just moved to town & this place has been so welcoming. Instructors are amazing, provide such a positive, judgment free environment. Spin class kicks my butt and yoga is so peaceful. Also very reasonably priced. Will be attending regularly!
