“I was at Verizon Wireless today because my phone was not working. I was busy talking with Ryan from sales while trying to figure everything out, and my toddler was not very happy about having to wait.
Justin, a staff member at Verizon, was incredibly kind and patient. He played hide and seek, chased my toddler around a bit, and even sat down to color with him. Justin was absolutely wonderful and so good with my toddler. It truly meant so much to me.
All of the staff working today were kind, patient, and understanding about my toddler needing to move around and stay busy. No one made me feel stressed or uncomfortable — instead, they were supportive and welcoming.
This is the store I always go to for phone services, and experiences like today are exactly why. I highly recommend this location. Thank you to Justin, Ryan, and the entire team for being so kind, understanding, and patient. It does not go unnoticed!”

My phone was flintonish at best.As a matter of fact according to Corporate Verizon it wasn't considered a phone.What ? I've been paying my phone bill for that type of phone for 6 years ands it's not considered a phone.Well the technicians all four of them over two visits spent over two racking their brain's try to figure out how I could my new Galaxy S 24 ultra at the promotional prise.You should have seen the determination and commitment on there face.When the solution was thought of they were as happy as I was.I've been with Verizon for 30 years. It's people like this that make it happen.The odds weren't in my favor but they made it happen. Thank you. I really needed that phone.”
