Miller Hill Subaru receives mixed reviews from customers regarding its sales, service, and bodywork departments. Many customers report positive experiences, describing staff as very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The sales and finance process is noted for being quick, light, and a great experience overall, with no haggling or waiting. The bodywork department is praised for being helpful, easy to work with, and for going the extra mile, with clear explanations and prompt communication. Maintenance costs are considered not too pricey, with staff not attempting unnecessary upsells. However, significant criticisms exist for the service department. A major issue is long wait times for appointments, even for basic services like oil changes, which can be scheduled over a month out. More seriously, some customers report very frustrating diagnostic experiences, alleging that the service department suggests random fixes without verifying repairs, leading to multiple visits, unnecessary charges, and a lack of responsibility for unresolved issues. Communication from management regarding complaints is also reported as poor, with messages going unanswered. While some customers are highly satisfied, others caution that the service department can be apathetic and dismissive, making it a great experience only if you know exactly what you need.
I worked with John Bryant, who handles the bodywork. He was so helpful and easy to work with, returned phones calls promptly and explained everything clearly. He went the extra mile in organizing my loaner car and having my 30k servicing done at the same time as the bodywork was done. My car looks great. Thanks John!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not too pricey as far as vehicle maintenance goes, and I’ve never had them try to upsell me on anything that wasn’t necessary

Great service with routine maintenance and tire replacement. Good communication and wait time is usually very good.
