“I called all around duluth looking for a headgasket repair quote for my prius. Brads was one of maybe 2 or 3 who was able to do it, and was also the least expensive quote. They repaired the car quickly and educated me all about what they did. Fast forward a few months and the prius had other issues (has over 200k on the car), and I and my wife both drive for work. Brads was booked solid but let me drop the car off to work on as they found time. Not only did they fix the 2nd issue, they did so ahead of schedule and billed me extremely reasonably. My 210k car drives like it's brand new almost. Aside from all that Brads was personable, friendly, educated me on the issues, and I never once felt even remotely taken advantage of like some other places. If you've ever felt that way, head to brads, they'll be fair and treat you respectfully. They communicated well, and understood the plight of not having a vehicle. Although it may just seem like a mechanics shop, we all know the toll it takes on a young working family to loose a vehicle and the expense that causes on monthly bills.
