I worked with John Bryant, who handles the bodywork. He was so helpful and easy to work with, returned phones calls promptly and explained everything clearly. He went the extra mile in organizing my loaner car and having my 30k servicing done at the same time as the bodywork was done. My car looks great. Thanks John!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not too pricey as far as vehicle maintenance goes, and I’ve never had them try to upsell me on anything that wasn’t necessary

Great service with routine maintenance and tire replacement. Good communication and wait time is usually very good.

Just purchased my brothers 2022 Forester. Purchased and serviced at MHS since new. Wanted to carry on the maintenance with them. First oil change not available until 11/4. 10/9 today. Sorry, but can’t plan service like oil changes out that far. Can’t imagine if I needed a real repair!

Three stars at best. Had to let my self calm down for a couple months before I could write an honest review. If you know exactly what you want/need done, they are great. If you need them to diagnose something, they will seemingly just suggest random fixes and not even verify if it actually fixed the issue. And make you wait another two weeks for another appointment, to hopefully fix it. $2k, six weeks, and hours of personal research later. I was able to verify my initial diagnosis and get them to fix my actual issues. Turns out it was exactly what I said I thought it might be the first time. The most frustrating part was the apathy and lack of responsibility for my car still having the same issue after three visits. I am not a mechanic, so I trusted their expertise. I was led astray, charged for unnecessary work, and treated dismissively.
Update: I called and left a message for the individual who handles these complaints (was not the owners number) about two weeks ago, and as of the end of day on 8/23 I have still not received a call back.

This review is for purchasing. Nikolai Anikin in sales and Josh in finance were both fantastic to work with! Nikolai was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all, great to work with! Josh kept the financing portion quick and light, very much appreciated! Overall, it was a great experience and definitely not your average “car shopping” adventure. Thank you!

MHS is an outstanding dealership. We purchased used and everyone was fantastic from Adam in sales to the hardworking shop team. We are very pleased and will be back.

To start off, very bad communication and customer service. A part was supposed to be under warranty, to the customers knowledge, and they still put on the part, knowing that it wouldn’t be under warranty. Then charged the customer with a bill over $1000… No integrity, no honesty, Subaru is a great product, but this dealership is not. I’m sending my car to the cities before I’ll ever send it to this dealership. And they just canceled my appointment for no reason. The funny thing is, I’ve heard multiple customers and friends that own Subarus tell me that they’ve had this type of experience there, but I’ve never experienced it myself.. I’ve called and they have never responded, over and over. So an apology from your business won’t be accepted..

Extremely disheartening experience. I bought my first Subaru and was excited to take it to a dealership for diagnostics because I assumed that dealerships would be the most helpful and effective place to get mechanical work done. First and only time I will ever consider taking a vehicle to this establishment.
They did not give accurate explanations or expectations of fees being charged, and when asked for clarification you are responded with the most apathetic, dismissive, uncaring and borderline snarky responses. I.e. “THIS is a DEALERSHIP, NOT a VALVOLINE.”
I would never recommend this establishment.
I abruptly cancelled my service visit as a result of incredibly unprofessional demeanor and attitude. I don't trust that my vehicle would have been cared for respectfully. I will take my business to a place that is communicative, kind, and respectful to others. The level of disrespect that was shown should not be tolerated in a workplace revolving around customer service.

I Purchased a 2022 Ascent Onyx as a certified pre owned in February 2024. I was told this was “the service managers wife’s leased car” A few days after having the vehicle, we noticed the brakes were really bad, the A/C didn’t work, and the front suspension was clunky and rattling with even minor bumps, and the CVT wasn’t updated and was bogging down on acceleration and on hills constantly switching between “gears”. Called and took it in, the front brakes and rotors were warped and the whole thing needed to be replaced, the A/C needed to be fixed, whole electronic system needed to be updated, and the drivers side strut mount was broken.
They tried to charge me! Ended up with repairs covered. Clearly the Certified inspection was not done and nothing was fixed on the car before sale. It was sold to me messed up and with broken and non working parts.
Fast forward 6 months and the front is rattling and the ride is loud and rough again. Took it in, same strut and mount as well as the tie rods were broken. Rear brakes also needed replaced. Ended up paying the warranty fee ($100 because it was now on the extended Warrenty i purchased) and for the other maintenance (over $1000!)
It’s now 8 months after that last replacement and it’s all broken/clunking again. The ride is rough, shaky and loud even on regular roads. It’s currently back at the shop where they did not give me a loaner.
I have been in contact with Subaru of America and they have an open ticket.
This is my only vehicle and I’m a single mom of kids with cerebral palsy. I bought this needing a safe, reliable vehicle that would last me many years. I’ve had this vehicle in the shop now three times with the same exact problem. I don’t understand how they can sell a CPO vehicle that’s clearly not been inspected and fixed before sale, let alone think having a strut broken three times in 18 months is ok or normal. It’s definitely not.
I wouldn’t purchase another vehicle here, nor will I be returning for any service. I will be pursuing this with Subaru of America until it’s resolved appropriately.

We had a very poor customer support experience despite giving them multiple opportunities to help or make things right. We had a part replaced under warranty at the dealership, unfortunately the part was defective and caused a coolant leak and our car to overheat on an extended trip. Because we were so far away from home, and it was a holiday weekend, we ended up having to pay for lodging, meals, diagnostics, towing, and gas for a rental to get home out of pocket and costing us more than $500 in unexpected expenses because of this faulty part.
Upon calling Miller Hill back and informing them of what we went through, all they would tell us is, “Our tech did nothing wrong, so we cannot do anything to help you.” And suggested we call Subaru of America. Subaru of America did do something to help in good faith but did not cover all of our out-of-pocket expenses, but at least they did something to help and showed concern. At no point did Miller Hill do anything to assist us throughout the entire process or show any concern.
I reached out on multiple occasions to multiple people asking for help of any sort. They could of called Subaru of America on our behalf so I didn’t have to jump through hoops, or offered to cover our gas, offered to cover our meals, anything really to help or show concern and build a relationship. But they did nothing.
Because of their failure to do even the basics of customer support to help for a part they installed, I cannot recommend them for service and cannot in good conscience bring them our cars anymore.
