Steven was the employee who provided the towing service when I had a damaged rim and tire on 7/24/26; I am a travel nurse and I was heading out of state with a 6 hour drive ahead of me. He assisted with taking my car to Discount Tires in Duluth. Upon arrival, he went into the business and spoke to one of the employees there and ultimately he came back and said they were able to help me tonight; due to his help they were able to repair my rim and tire to allow me to get back on the road.
Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he went up and beyond to help me. As a single woman who is traveling alone (and I was also traveling with my dog) his persistence and kindness totally restored my faith in the goodness people. I can’t thank him enough, and I am so grateful that I ended up working with this individual in a time of need. I hope his business recognizes how valuable of an employee he is and I will be forever grateful! 5 star business and employee!”

“I've been having truck problems constantly since going to a different auto shop. After my truck broke down a 3rd time I quickly needed a tow to a more trustworthy repair shop due to being an essential employee. Nowhere else could look at my truck for weeks out. Thompson T-Express was able to tow my truck to the repair shop and get it fixed the same day. Staff were polite and prices were reasonable. Will be going here again in the future.”

“Jimmy was so amazing. He helped me out in so many ways he unloaded all my power tools and put them into his tow truck till I can get there the next day so that my tools are safe. He helped me with the insurance company even went took pictures of my truck for me, man. I’m telling you this guy went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate you Jimmy so much thank you.
