“Had a problem with a car that wouldn’t start right before thanksgiving and these guys were awesome! Recommended a great towing company and even though they said it would be Monday after thanksgiving before they could look at it, they found time to work on it that same day. They kept it overnight and did a full diagnostic and everything checked out. Not sure why the car wouldn’t start (not the battery) but they went the extra mile to work on the car quickly and only charged me a very reasonable rate! Five stars and would definitely recommend them!”
“Requested a rear brake bleed following a rear hard-line rupture that I repaired myself. Prior work and scope were clearly explained, and the over-the-phone ballpark price was reasonable.
Once onsite, the shop declined the work citing front caliper leakage, despite the issue being isolated to the rear circuit and the pedal being firm prior to the rear failure.
After inspection, no work was performed and no charge was made. This did result in a minor one-day delay on my end.
Would have preferred the rear circuit be bled as requested. Now I’ll be finishing the job myself on gravel and ice in late December.

“I found them on line. I pulled the transmission for a elderly guy. He wanted it rebuilt. It was really hard to find a transmission shop that would rebuild. So we went to Chesney Auto. But they did not have it after we drove there. So I called J.M transmission. He was close. He was out of town at the time. But was willing to work on it as soon as he returned. We got it back in a couple days. Jim was very helpful. And very professional. I installed it and it shifted smooth. And I was satisfied with the job he did.”
