I am here from our of state, with a sick family member. He helped me to relax and gave me confidence to know that my phone situation is fixed.

Usually I would try to rate Verizon 5 but this last experience was I don't know... Somehow they sold the phone I bought and had to go through a bunch of stuff to get this new phone to work. Sometimes I feel like the one guy I don't remember his name but I feel like he doesn't really care about things when you ask questions....

David and Brando at the Duluth store were super helpful and patient with us. They took the time to explain how adding lines and upgrading devices would impact our monthly bill. David was especially pleasant to work with. He had a punchy sense of humor and made the experience of spending our money with him fun. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

I went to the Verizon store on November 5th, 2022 because I needed a new phone. I had an appointment at 4 o'clock and when I got there at 4 o'clock I was told the customers at the store took priority over appointments so I had to wait. No big deal.I bought an iphone, case, and screen protector. When I was checking out, David told me I could add on any other phone accessory for $10 off per item so I decided to get a camera protector. I also bought an ipad. David checked me out and sent me an email with my receipt that actually went to my mom's email address, so I could not check it right away.I had my mom send me the receipt email the following day. When I opened the email I noticed I was charged $39.99 for a charging block that I did not receive and was never even mentioned to me while I was there. I called the store and the individual in the store told me they could not do anything because he did not originally help me so he did not know if I was telling the truth. He said he would have David call me the following day. The following day I never received a call from David.Since I never heard from David, I called customer service, and after FOUR phone calls to customer service I was directed to go back to the store and they would solve the issue for me and it did not matter who was working in store. I went back to the store and told the individual what had happened. He told me he could not help me because there is no way to tell if I was lying about receiving the charging block or not. I asked that he check the cameras or do an inventory count and he said he could not do that and that David, the person who originally helped me would have to resolve this issue. I was sent home and told David would call me tomorrow.I also tried to return the ipad which had not been opened and still had plastic wrap on it and was told I had to pay a $50 restocking fee even though it was never opened.The following day I did receive a call from David and he did not believe that I did not get a charging block and said they would have to escalate this to view the cameras to see whether or not I received one.I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. I have wasted hours trying to get $39.99 back for a charger I never received.I would recommend not going to this location and if you do, be sure to ask for a paper copy of your receipt so you can avoid this headache. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.
