If I could give this place a negative star rating I definitely would. so my review is going to be a bit long...
Ryan is someone who should NOT be in customer service I came in last week Friday to do a phone exchange.. I usually don't do exchanges but I wanted to try the S25 ultra out but it just wasnt for me he looked at me like I was stupid told me he wouldn't be able to do it cuz I came later in the day. Then he told me he wouldn't be able to transfer my stuff ( which I didn't ask him to) then he told me I'd have to call customer support to get the $50 restocking fee taken care of which I also didn't care about.. so when I came in yesterday on 2/19 I came in he looked at me like I was stupid he sent me to someone else to take care of me but he took care of the lady that came in behind me and he continued to look over at me l like he was trying to intimidate me. He has no drive to help people he wasn't busy at all while I was there but the one lady he helped after me he didnt even help this kid that was just bringing in a trade in device or the other guy that just needed some advice on an internal device issue which the one nice young gentlemen just told him he couldn't fix the actual mother board of the phone all the while Ryan just sat there...
YU was amazing it was a process but we got it done some hurdles but he is amazing I like how he explained the steps he was taking and how it works.. I have worked at a cellphone company and to have someone that explains it step by step was amazing..
Joe helped me find some great ear buds and a privacy screen that works for me.. THey did a great job..
THANKS YOU GUYS..
If I had to go back and saw Ryan I would turn around and go to another store I would drive to the cities to go and get the help I need I didn't feel comfortable with him staring at me and the laziness is real at that store he is the only one that didn't do much while I was there In the hour and a half while I was there

December 10, 2024 went in to pay a phone bill with cash. Employee disappeared for 10 minutes while he was getting my statement.
When employee reappeared with a statement I asked where is my change that you owe me? He walked over to another employee who mumbled something then walked towards me and stated that
"Company policy does not allow them to open a til to make change when customers are in the store" Then both employees walked over to other customers and basically "blew me Off"
I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE OR VERIZON AGAIN

Place is terrible! Horrible management and extremely rude. I've been a verizon customer for 15 years and this place will be the reason I switch to ATT. Just call verizon or go somewhere else if you need help this place is useless and rude.

I went in to get an iPhone 16 max. Once I had gotten home, I realized they had given me the wrong model. I went back and after about 20 minutes of waiting was able to get the correct model. While frustrating, I understand mistakes happen. The reason for the 1 star review is that the associate helping me added on the $20 monthly insurance plan after I had stated I didn’t want insurance. It took me later in the day to realize this has been added to my statement. There was no mention this while I was in the store. Next time I’ll have to be more careful to make sure additional charges aren’t sneakily added on.

Placed an order from CA through 800 number for my elderly mother who was going to pick up phone in MN, when she got there they changed the order completely, they even changed her number and never told her they were doing it. They totally took advantage of an elderly person.

Have always had extremely helpful employees at this site. One worked on a billing issue that took weeks to straighten out!

Really frustrating…employees make customers feel dumb while at the same time not having the knowledge to be helpful. I overheard 2 employees talking about all the dumb mistakes someone else had made. For my case, two different employees told me I wouldn’t be able to transfer my contacts all at once to my new phone. I suggested he google solutions. He told me he knew what he was doing and then proceeded to waste a half hour fiddling with my phone. I went home and solved the problem in about two minutes with a google search. Avoid this place if at all possible

Terrible service. Had multiple on the waitlist with 3 employees just walking around not helping customers. Also had multiple associates helping customers at 1 time. Told it would be 20min and i was at 30min
